  Ages of each user here?

  i'm interested to know the age demographics here.

  it must be significantly different to other exjw forums.

  it would be a damning report for watchtower if most of us appear to have left for decades.. you don't have to mention your exact age, you could always say "in my 50s".. i am in my 70s.

  YOU ASKED WHY SOME OF US BELIEVE IN EVOLUTION. Coffty did a forty part "why evolution is a fact" from 7 years ago. I still have it bookmarked. Welcome to the site. I can so clearly see you and your wife laughing your butts off about some of the silly things they believe and do. We remember !975. 1914 generation, overlapping generation. COO COO. Hey, we could be crying but I too chose to laugh.. Why would God have to strike the magic wand billions of times ? (99%of the population is extinct) when he really only had to do it once. or two more times if you count humans. Catholics believe in both. Retroviruses were very interesting to me.. Good luck on your journey. Oh I keep forgetting, can't say luck. or lucky...LUCKY LUCKY LUCKY lol.

  time for this month's patreoff!

  the fat one's numbers seem to be leveling off a bit, but we all know someone with his gravitational pull can't keep up momentum for long.. i made up another chart and used 356 for april because that's where he was on the 2nd.

  also, this time last year was when he put out his "things are bad and i don't just mean what i look like naked" video and got a +187 bump.

  I remember in the mid 80's a close friend of my mother's and a wonderful person to me as a young girl died. She left everything to the Watchtower. I remember I was very poor at the time and needed a dining table and chairs. I inquired how much it would be , thinking it would be affordable.

  Nope they wanted $750. Really, it was outrageous. I guess someone bought it because, you know, the money was going to the WT

  I just bought my daughter a much nicer set in 2023 on Market Place for $180 40 years later..( just for comparison) SAD AND GREEDY !

  Life in a spiritual (UN)-paradise

  a long, long time ago, when i was young, i became a 'special' pioneer.

  it meant that i had to spend 150 hours a month, and i received a small allowance.

  i was then assigned to a small country congregation, in western nsw (australia).

  Goodbye Mother

  so my mother passed on 20 aug 23 from the big c. i was there when she went.

  that was indeed very traumatic.

  i won't go to describe it.. dad went 17 years ago so there's just me now.

  So sorry to hear this. It's heartbreaking to lose a mom. Good for you for not having a JW funeral. Telling their lies makes me sick. Telling our moms that they would never die !

  Biden running in 2024 🤣

  i've filed this under news and world events, although i could've posted it under entertainment, lol.

  apparently, joe biden will be seeking re-election for another term in the white house.. this, despite a recent poll showing that 70% of people don't want him to run again.. biden just has to be the worst president i've seen.

  his gaffes, over-relience on a prompter, and, more than any other president, his refusal to answer journalists' questions, all go to make him top of the list in terms of bad presidents.. it will certainly provide entertainment, if nothing else..

  One more thing. They knew Hunter Biden's laptop was real before the 2020 election but called it Russian disinformation. ( They love that saying ) A few months ago they admitted it was true. Just one more proof of protecting Biden.

  I went back and forth about getting the jab. I have COPD and am over 65.

  I got Covid Delta. I had no discomfort at all. My symptoms were like a sleeping sickness with no appetite. Also for two days everthing tasted like salt.

  My oxygen saturation level is usually 95% and it went as low as 93%

  Years ago in 1992 I had the flu that lasted two days and that was much worse.

  So when people say if I didn't get the jab I would have died, how do you know? I believe I made the right choice for me. I never got Covid again. I do get the flu Vaccine and Pneumonia too.

  Lots of people died from something else but they also had Covid when they died. So they put down that they died of Covid. Just my personal story.
