Humans can't see quantum particles in a direct way. We can't see planets outside solar system in a direct way too.
But we can see them like a blind one can see with the help of a cane. But instead of a cane we throw "balls" (photons) to see quantum particles (another photons or electrons, etc).
And we use a very very cool device called Penning Trap to perform these experiments.
When a particle is trapped (by trial and error) it appears as a wave function it does not have a specific location, it appear and disappears everywhere (even outside the penning trap). But when the interaction is stablished the wave form collapses in the particle form. It's not the human conscious the cause of it, but the beam of photons directed (by a robot) to a trapped quantum (or fundamental) particle. Only after all of that we can see the results from recordings (not so mystical...).
As already said the OP video it's not entirely correct, it have a strong bias to woo.
IMHO the quantum phenomena does not support the idea of a creator, far from it! It seems to show that there's no creator because all the time every fundamental particle are being creating from nothing (vaccum fluctuations).
