  Could end of November be special?

  did you know that noah entered the ark in the end part of november and also that jesus' followers flead jerusalem around 25th of november 66ce?.

  could it be that a significant group of jehovah's witnesses would begin to flee to the "wilderness" in the end of november?

  revelation 12 speaks about a flight of a symbolic woman to a wilderness.

  Kosonen, you're about as bad as the JW/GB. I look back at your posts and 13 years ago you were posting about "The Last Days" and debating the accuracy of the year 1914. Over a decade later, here we all sit still waiting (except the 1000's who died waiting) for the fabled prophetic fulfillment of which you obsess.

  I do remember as a JW waiting in anticipation every October (because everything in Bible chronology that was noteworthy happens in October). But well before November 25th we determined "not this year". Yep, not this year. Not this decade. Not this century. Not ever.

  Get a life. Or at least go enjoy the only life you have -- the one you are living (and wasting) right now. Have a good cigar and nice bottle of wine or glass of expensive bourbon/scotch. Go get laid.

  The only approaching "end of things" you need to be concerned about is YOUR END. It may be sooner than you think!

  i just heard this story from one of my relatives.

  i'm leaving a lot of things out.. a jw couple had three kids and raised them in the religion.

  the oldest one got disfellowshipped at 18 years of age because he committed fornication with a jw girl.

  Note this WT lawyer explain disfellowshipping before a Canadian Court: at 1:07 on the clock: "..........normal family relations continue with the exception of spiritual fellowship."

  i see that marvel are introducing a gay captain america as dc announce the son of superman is bi-sexual.. whereas i don't give a hoot about a person's use of their genitalia as long as it is consensual and not with kids, i'm finding all this 'inclusivity' becoming a bit boring.. are dc and marvel just virtue signalling in the hopes of selling comics and not being set on fire by the antifa frauds?

  Return to Kingdom Hall Meetings - Letter to Elder Bodies?

  i find this hard to believe and have not seen anything on this from our trusty sources on this site.

  Reddit says Feb 2022 which is still almost 6 months off.

  According to my PIMO friend it was announced this week that 4000 Bethelites were allowed to travel home for visits recently. I believe he indicated that they were quarantines upon their return, but despite all being vaccinated, 4 tested POS for Covid.

  If they are testing the water with Bethelites, I certainly could see them opening Assem Halls, at least in "safe" areas that are allowing such gatherings. I think even JWs must be confused when you can attend a funeral service at the funeral home or church for a "worldly" relative but JW funerals (at least here) are still only on Zoom.

  Additionally, as one person commented, Circuit Assemblies are HUGE CASH COWS for WTS because they dictate how much will be contributed. (And it's a lot!)

  Differences, on average, between men and women

  quite bizarrely, there are people trying their level best to blur the lines between man and woman, male and female.. so, i thought it a fairly good idea to list the differences, on average, between men and women.. ok, starting with the most obvious .... women have a vulva, a vagina, and internal gonads (ovaries); men have a penis and external gonads (testes).. women get pregnant, give birth and breastfeed their babies; men do none of those things.. men are taller than women.. men have greater upper-body strength than women.

  men have greater bone density and percentage of muscle mass than women.. women live longer than men (this is partly due to life choices and behaviour and partly due to genetics).. men have higher testosterone levels than women.. men heal more quickly from physical injury than women.. the sexual dynamics between men and women tend to be different, too.

  re sexual selection, women typically have their choice of the most suitable men.
