Armageddon 50th Anniversary

SPIMI Friend Asked Me For The Name Of My (FORMER) Congregation
by HiddlesWife ina present-spimi friend texted me to ask me the name of my congregation--which is my former and last one that i left right after becoming completely/presently pomo.
she was a longtime buddy, who was pimq-pimo-ppimi-on-occasion for many decades.
then shortly before the pandemic, she was dating a brother who was reaching out to become an ms [mind you, this guy was a mic-handler for several decades as well--until an older brother (who was a close friend of his uncle--who converted him into the cultporation years ago--encouraged him to the point of harrassing him to move up the wt corporate ladderđđ¤].

If there have been Cong closings and "shuffling" as there has been here, you could say "I live in the XXX Cong territory since the (changes). But it does sounds like she might want to "inquire about you" at whatever Cong you claim to be with.

King of the north is Iran and most of the Muslim nations who hate Israel, then of course Russia, China, North Korea, and the rest of their allies are all king of the northOR, just maybe it's all just mythological bullshit from 1000's of years ago -- about as realistic as Joseph Smith and the gold plates.

by hoser inthere are 1/2 of the jehovahâs witnesses that there were 30 years ago in my area.
some have left but i think that many have died and none of their kids stayed being jehovahâs witnesses.
7 congregations have been dissolved over the years.

I think a lot of "still in" JWs are just keeping one foot in the door..............just in case.
Just in case WT is right................eventually. They really don't believe it. But in the back of their mind there is the thought that JUST MAYBE. . . . . .
But for most of all things in their life they are just going about life like everyone else.

Where is Tony?

a few months later it was revealed that the watchtower bought him a house in lumberton, north carolina.. however, and correct me if i am wrong, since leaving the gb nobody has reported seeing tony attending jw meetings or participating in field service.
in fact nobody has reported seeing him anywhere, not even at a local liquor store.

The only way to stop the war in the Middle East is for Russia and China to provide Iran with nuclear weapons.
Hopefully neither Putin nor Xi are stupid enough to do that. Surely they know the Iranian government could go rogue at any moment. I feel confident that if Israel saw a nuclear weapon headed at them, they would retaliate with all they have.
