I love this it is a great idea, gives everybody something to look forward to.
I love Islandmans & Warwick slaves idea to. Just to add, wether you sign or not, writing a letter printing it out 7 times & placing the name of each governing body member would give it the real personal touch. If only a 100 people did that it would be 700 letters.
September 2016. It`s a date.

Would Jesus have been disfellowshipped by the "Elders" of his day . . . . . .
by Dunedain ini bet jesus would have been df'd by the "elders" in his day.
lets think about it, jesus hung out with "worldly" people.
his closest friends were known prostitutes, money collectors, men of "prominence" in the world of that day, non "beleivers" of the "faith" like samaritans, and many others that todays "elders" would have deemed "unworthy".. jesus spoke against the "organization" and "elders" of his day.

Elder gossip
by Jumongi ini'll try to keep this short.
my experience at the hall is elders not really engaging in friendship building communication with anyone.
the only time they really communicate with you is to counsel you or tell you where you need to make adjustments.

I went down in the first Round!
by John Aquila inthere is a visitor brother in town and from what ive been told, he has been a missionary for many years and they were having a get together for him.
i took my mom to that get-together yesterday and stayed for a few minutes.
i heard a group around a table with the visitor brother talking about how hard it was getting in the world with so many distractions and that many of the brothers were falling into the trap and leaving jehovahs organization.

The question is not how many leave the borg, but wether God has turned his back on them.
Why would he do that I hear you cry.
I don't rightly know, but maybe he doesn't approve of your child abuse policies. Asshole.

SING NO SAD SONGS FOR EX-BETHELITES
by steve2 inwhat happens to ex-bethelites is really of no concern to the gb.
and equally no concern to us as ex-jws or those who question jw organization.. layoffs have happened at headquarters and elsewhere for many, many years - although the scale this time is larger than previously, being an all time high: 1,600. .
for the record, we should spare any sympathy/empathy for those who are about to sent packing this time.

@Billy, that is absolutely terrible, some people right or wrong give their all to whatever they are doing, & many would have given up a lot to serve at bethel. To be pushed to that point. I bet they don't give them any numbers or other organizations that could help them cope. No just a rely on Jehovah & if it doesn't work out well then it`s your fault for being so spiritually weak. Bastards! They will be welcome here because we are not like the JW. We like people. -

disfellowshipping
by Sabin inif disfellowshipping was to be done away with, aside from the authorities that should be informed of child abuse so it may be dealt with legally, how should these one`s be dealt with within the congregations?.

Truthseeker I`m afraid I don't know the answer to that, peoples minds process things differently. Or maybe your brain dead only joking. You do dream you just don't remember them that's all. I suspect you aren't a worry wart.
