Our daughter phoned her sister (fleshly) crying & said "I'm gonna end up an old single pioneer sister that no-one wants, when all I want is a marriage like mum & dad have got with a couple of kid's." She is strong headed speaks her mind, educated, beautiful young woman of 21. Ironically my hubby isn't a witness, we married when I was out the first time. I could scream, they are told all the time worldly men are so bad & yet when a woman is treated badly by a JW husband they say "at least you stayed faithful to Jehovah." What a crock of shit.

Blackwolf, when people leave the borg most start out with 0 friends so although you feel alone actually your not. Just keep going little steps it will come, you already join in on here. I have noted though that we who have left/faded or whatever are afraid of truly opening up & letting others in for a while, hence why most use code names (like me) we have to breath through our fear. Maybe that person hasn't truly left & they are trying to catch me out & go tell the elders. I know that is sometimes how I feel. JW breed paranoia to their members. What I'm trying to say is don't panic, it's not you, it's not personal, it's just the way it has to be for a bit. Hug, Hug, Hug. -

How much of a " free-spirit" are you?
by The Rebel ini think every one wants to be a " free- spirit", but what does that really mean?.
i ask the question because :-.
a) i decided i would not give the religiouse organisation i belonged to the power to force me to rebel within its organisation, when the " free-spirit" inside me no longer wanted to be controlled by this religion.. b) i now realise the " free-spirit" within me that demanded independence from w.t control has also come with great consequences, which has now made the price of my liberation seem shallow.. anyway i am not well educated, but i do now appreciate the psychological and emotional consequences my actions have had on my family, and friends.
