  Does anyone think Jehovah would make a good friend?

  i remember reading the my book of bible stories when i was younger and it constantly referenced to abraham being jehovah's friend.

  if jehovah made himself into a real being for a day, but he still had his almighty powers, what kinda friend do you think he would be?

  i honestly think that he would suck as a friend, especially when he didnt get things his way..

  I am happy to hear that your husband came home safe from his tour. I understand the stress that can cause on a family - my brother is back from Afghanistan last month.

  I am very sorry to hear of your loss. No doubt they thought they were being helpful, when in fact, doing the opposite. My parents and other brother are still "in" and I have always found their view on the world slanted and slightly elitist.

  Why do some women think the bottle blonde and bottle tan look is good?

  just met a woman, who would have been pretty had she not been orange and had almost white blonde hair.

  neither real, the look came complete with hair extensions which also looked flase.. does anyone think this looks good?

  I am from California and - bleach blonde, orange tan is pretty common. Ode to the Pamela Anderson days I guess.

  I was once an elders daughter. My dad stepped down when I was young , and he has seemed more "real" and happy to me since then. He had more time for me and my brothers and expanded his "friends" circle.

  Books Missing From Libraries

  does anyone know if it's wt policy to exclude certain volumes of watchtower/awake magazines or other literature from the kingdom hall libraries?.

  i was doing some research to confirm some of what i've seen online but many key publications are missing from the kh library.. other stuff i checked for was completely different from what's shown on scans and images from jwfacts.org and other sites..

  A couple years ago, after I started to read this site - I remembered my parents having old bound volumes - even ones were it was a binder were you three hole punched the magazines and organized it yourself. I went to my parents house and they had recently thrown all the ones pre 1990 (ish) away. I think they mentioned that they were told to throw them away since all the new reference material would be coming out of the newer publications. Go figure.
