  LOL QB. I've seen Gideons! They were passing out little bibles and I accepted one--then like the excellent dub I was I WITNESSED TO THEM! lol

  Still have that bible though. It's orange---bright orange. The New Testament and Psalms and Proverbs.

  Oh JW's don't know their bible because they don't believe as you do? You know nothing about JW's. But here is the beautiful part. People like you run around thumping their bible and proclaiming that all who do not believe like you don't know their bible. It's not a matter of knowing the contents, it's a matter of how they interpret it. As far as I'm concerned, JW interpretation of the bible is just as valid as yours. It's not enough to know the bible, but it must be explained by wiser individuals, like you (gag). Are you starting your own cult? Perhaps you need to guide believers through the bible to make sure they understand it correctly. Knowing and feeling are different things. They do know what the bible says. How the people on this forum interpret that knowledge has probably changed quite a bit. Still, I respect them much more than you simply because they aren't so lazy. Like You. I think they are mislead, but they put a great deal more effort into their ministry than you're willing to do.

  LOL, you testify brother! Hallelujah, I'm running from the likes of you. Oh, I'm not lazy cuz I'm running really really fast. I'm assuming you think you are a reflection of your god, and based on that image I'll have to shop for a different god. Thanks for the warning.

  So how many converts have you made? You converted me to anything not christian. You are talking to a group that knows the bible inside and out. You speak nothing new or revealing. Some still believe the bible, some do not, but they come here because they don't care to hear your bullsh*t. I've read the bible several times over---and some parts many many times. LOL, lazy. YOU ARE THE LAZY ONE. At least when I wanted to convert people I got off my butt and went out to find them. You just sit there anonomously on your computer spouting and spouting. Talk down about the "cultists" if you like, but they were anything but lazy.

  Why don't you get off your lazy ass and act like Jesus and actually go out and preach. Then you can leave us in peace. You have no understanding in your narrow ignorant little mind how much these people have sacrificed for the bible. How much they worked and planned and worried, only to realize it was for nothing. You LAZY LAZY LAZY little person. (three times for emphasis, sort of like holy, holy, holy, only not)

  Well godrulz has actually convinced me. All his hard work has paid off. I now see with perfect clarity that I would NEVER, EVER ascribed to a religion that makes me act like godrulz. Thanks godrulz. You have confirmed everything I suspected. Well Done!

  I remember speaking to a woman on the phone about an account for work. She said we were going to go over all the details so there wouldn't be any confusement. We were off to a bad start.

  if you are a jw in the us or canada, you probably already know about "khconf".

  it is a business that has been set up (presumably by some jws somewhere) that supplies call-in numbers and teleconferencing for shut-ins to listen to kingdom hall meetings.. they have their own website: www.khconf.com.. .

  what i didn't know is how much they've spread!

  Oh I HATED that number. I had the valid excuse of being sick for a very long time---it was a relief---until THE NUMBER! Then I was expected to never miss a meeting. I only listened in a couple of times, but I always got asked if I had and how I enjoyed the meeting. UGH.

  I wonder why they don't just set up a camera and skype the sucker. Then the faithful could have visual.

  The few times I did listen in, I would wake up with the phone slid down by my side. LOL I probably lasted 5 minutes tops.

  I feel like all pride and joy are tainted with the condition that the child remain loyal to the WT. A parent could have a great kid that does great things, but if that child doesn't share the religion, then all good feelings are polluted with that worry. It's very sad. There is just never room for pure joy==it always comes with stipulations. JW's love to quote that in the last days the love of the greater number will cool--also there would be no natural affection. How can they read these versus repeatedly and not see that this is exactly what their religion encourages? Actually it demands it. One must absolutely cool their love and squealch their natural affection to stay good with the WT.

  I don't have any answers--just observations.
