  ok does this letter to congregation sound ok?

  following on again from my posts re elder not leaving wheni asked etc i am sending a letter to the elders about it and saying not tocall.

  could you cast your peepers over it please and let me know what you think?of course they may d'f hubby if i get him to sign it also but its what hes waiting for so than won't matter!.

  this week (elders name) called on our house whilst 'working' our street, despite our having a sign stating 'no religious callers' that he has seen before.. i asked him politely to put his bible away in view of this, he rufused as i am "not the head of the house".

  October Awake

  the october awake is "your child and the internet"

  they note that restricting the internet by having the pc in the front room not the child's bedroom is no longer practical as the internet can be accessed from cell phones etc.

  I would be completely surprised to know that JW children are allowed to have cell phones!

  Back in the day we couldn't even have Walkmans, etc. -- not to new technology because it gave you too much access to Satan the Debbil.

  Of course if any teens happen to be lurking they could always get a cell phone that didn't require an account.....heh heh.....

  Pakistan Wedding for my Quicki Mart Friend

  a man that works at the corner has been especially nice to the kids and i over the last years.

  he had to go back to pakistan recently for 6 months.

  he did get married during this time.

  If so then i reitterate....whaaaat?

  What color is the sky in the world you live in? Is it purple with pink polka-dots?

  btw some people choose to live in mobile homes to save money. (like me for instance)

  my husband and i went up to the new renovated park in our area.

  it is over a mile around and very beautiful.. anyway, we meandered over and sat down.

  within 3 minutes we were approached by jw's.

  i remember that a few months ago, a member gave the reproduction of a publicity corresponding exactly to the picture of a nice swimming girl appearing in the "you can live forever ..." book.. this image is on my website (the first one on the page) :.

  In regards the picture of the women, what was published first? The Watchtower or Stern?

  don't know but RE:stock photos. Marketing 101. If you purchase a stock photo you use it as such. No 'freelancing' off it. Otherwise what is the purpose of buying a STOCK photo?!?!?!?

  A woman in a bathing suit looking very sexual is not a stretch of the imagination for any man to conjure.....

  Why, yes, but you should explain to him that not all "Americans" live in mobile homes at or near poverty level, either. These are the Americans he speaks of that believe that black people shoot up 'everything.'

  I think I would have pursued this line of questioning to find out where he gets his personal viewpoints of black Americans.

  Plus, he can't love someone he doesn't know. I don't care how great mommy and daddy did at picking, he has not been intimate (not sexual) with her for an extended period of time to know if he loves her.
