Two more youths get kicked out of the organization, also kicked out of their house.
by JonathanH inso i used to work with these two younger gentlemen back when i washed windows for a local elder's company.
good kids, sons of an elder, responsible and hardworking.
i ran into him the other day briefly and he said him and his younger brother moved in together (they are about 19, and 18, maybe 20, and 18), and i was surprised.

Poor kids. It pisses me off so much that this "religion" caims to be so family oriented, together, brotherhood, BS BS BS, when in truth, they send their kids of with a nice hot cup of STFU and GTFO.
I hope these boys can really make a success of their lives. They deserve it.

Do you ever suffer from this in your sleep or is it just me?
by highdose inlast night at 2am i was awoken by the sound of cuboards in the room next to mine being opened and iteams falling out of them.
it terrifiled me, i lay awake listening further for hours in case the burgalars tried anything else.... when the morning came i went into that room, to find it all as it should be... nothing disturbed at all... no break in at all.. this has happened several times to me over the past few years.
no its not the neighbours i live in a deatched house.

I also think PTSD. You might also look into night terrors and, while I think this may be quite a stretch, schizophrenia. My brother was hearing things like, even heard our youngest brother screaming one night, and when he checked, it was nothing. The kid was sound asleep in his bed. This bro that heard things has schizo-effective disorder.

Shasta lemon-lime. The Dollar Tree sells them now, in tall cans!
Cheese danishes.
Chocolate pudding!
Muff-n-Egg before they did away w/ food service.
McDonald's for breakfast every morning. lol
When I was younger, my assembly hall (Natick, MA) had ice cream w/ chocolate fudge, strawberry, and pineapple toppings. Weee! lol

itscrap&theyknowit! -- I am terribly sorry that you're living with that. :( I'm so grateful that Baltar447 & I have the same thinking on this f*cked up cult and left together, with our kids. I don't know how I would handle being unsupported. :(
I hated service. Nobody ever offered to work with us, nobody ever offered to take one or the other of our older kids. When I was a kid, my mom dragged all 4 of us out by herself (dad was "too busy working" to go...) and nobody ever helped her, either. But she is still in. Madness.

Oh, honey.... And I thought I was nuts going to the meeting at 6 days postpartum w/ my 2nd child.
Then to the CO visit at 10 days w/ my 3rd child.
Insane doesn't even TOUCH what we've all gone through and dealt with. F*cking ridiculous.
Do not even get me started on the questions your husband asked you. I hope he has changed his ways.

I'm reminded of the time my father had surgery on his ear to remove a large tumor. His head was wrapped in bandages and he was using a wheelchair and he INSISTED on going to the convention. (Freaking moron, imo, and now I realize it was just a call for attention on his part because he's like that.)
During the lunch break, JWs from all over New England came up to him and told him what a great encouragement it was to see that and how wonderful it was that he was there anyway, etc.
3 days in a row...

This kind of sick SHIT pisses me off. I have numerous health problems which are debilitating to me. Being told I'm not doing enough or I need to do more is unreasonable. NOBODY knows what Baltar & I would go through to get me & our kids to the meetings. Our oldest has special needs. Telling us we don't do enough is an insult of the highest order.
F*CK. YOU.
Walk a mile in my shoes and then we'll talk. Until the, have a nice, hot cup of STFU.
