I was unkind & I am deeply sorry
by Dolosus inearly this morning, i was stopped at a service station dealing with a mechanical issue with my motorcycle.
i was approached by 2 young men who pro-offered some of your reading material.
i deeply regret that i was very unkind; in actual fact, i was quite mean in my response to them.

Once again someone in a dire situation has his life held hostage by The Seven Suited Turds and has to suffer as a result. JustHuman it would be easy for me to tell you stay away from the bOrg at all costs but your situation is one I can't even comprehend. All I know is I want to punish that garbage cult for you in a really bad way for puting you in this predicament. -

it saved her life.

I feel bad for what the two of you have had to endure at the hands of these oxygen theives. Violence aside, IMO they are as bad as ISIS in the context of causing loss of life and keeping people in check with fear. THEY'RE NOTHING MORE THAN OXYGEN THIEVES! -

What Convinced you to Leave?
by LaurenM ini've been posting here a lot, but these last few weeks have been very difficult for me.
anyways, lately, i've been thinking about confessing everything i've done to the elders and going back, but deep down, i don't really think it's the truth...so my question is, what convinced you it wasn't the truth and that leaving wasn't a horrible decision that everyone in the truth makes it out to be?

LaurenM:
An elder's son raped my sister, they DF'd her for promiscuity, immorality and slander but he was only reproved dispite the authorities charging him for sexual battery and assault. They were also all racist to the extreme degree while claiming in God's eyes we were all the same.
Lauren my question to you is:
In the time you have been a member of this forum, have you done any research on the Org - their failed prophecies, the origins of the Org being implicated with the occult, the willful misleading with lies and twisted facts? What about the Royal Comission which was and still is a topic of discussion here? If you have read all the available information surely you would realize the bOrg is a load of BS, so why the need for confirmation from others and why they left? Why would you want to go back?
I'm just speculating here, but thinking back to your post asking if there were any good wordly people because you had one bad experience with a guy, I'm wondering if this one bad experience has left you feeling confused and disillusioned? If so please reconsider. You are still so new to the reality of life outside the bOrg and not being patient and giving yourself more time to discover what freedom outside the bOrg really offers. Denying yourself this opportunity is really cheating yourself out of the chance to fully explore this freedom which awaits you. I wish you lived nearby, i would happily help you realize how phenomenally wonderful freedom outside the bOrg is. I hate the idea of good people being sucked back in to that disgusting cult and throwing their life away for an organization that doesn't care an iota about anyone. Please hang in there!

Millions Now Living by Punkofnice
by SecretSlaveClass ini recieved the book on friday afternoon and finished it last night.
i thoroughly enjoyed it, particularly experiences you won't find in the yearbook.
my wife is now reading it (she was never a zombie) and is finding the terms used by jws and their meanings in simple terms very helpful since she reads this forum even though she is not a participant.

Highly recommendeded particularly for those who are interested in joining the Org or are curious about it. The humor in it is quite the French tickle. Worth every cent!
The other book is Your Inner Fish by Neil Shubin, a homework assignment from professor Cofty. I'm half way into it and loving it. If you have an interest in human physiology and it's evolution this book is a must. It's super informative and I love the author's writing style. It's already answered a lot of questions. Thanks Cofty!

I was around 7 yrs old. Were were attending an assembly at the Kings Park soccer stadium in Durban, South Africa. It was break time and the toilets were full with waiting lines. I had the runs so I ran with my hand crammed up between my clenched but cheeks, all the way to the edge of the practice field where I found a tree and let loose. Fortunately for me I was all alone but I did feel guilty for using a few pages out of my song book to wipe my butt. When my mom asked where my pages were I didn't lie and she just glared at me and reminded me how poor we were and how much a replacement would cost our family ... the equivalent of three loaves of bread or something. -

Fuckin amazing story. Well told, emotions and thought processes well conveyed and the settings put me there I could see everything in my mind. I felt hopeless and enraged but thankful thaat there was at least one person who would always remember her.
