Would it make sense that a person who had a Latino father and a white mother but was raised by "regular white folks" would have any connection with Hispanic values or culture? Of course not. Biracial Obama, who was raised by regular white folks may look like many black folks, but he is not in the same mental camp as they are.

The man has a black father. It doesn't matter if he was 'raised by regular white people' ....racist will still hate him because he is THE OTHER. He has lived his life as a black man in America. He is as African American as anybody else who is African American. Sorry if he doesn't fit in with your African Amerian stereotypes and so you find him suspicious.

hi y'all, just wanted to let you know i was out for a stroll on my bicycle for exercise last week and got hit by a car 100 yards from my house.
it was a hit and run.
i got up with only minor bruises but felt really dizzy and asked one of my roommates to take me to the hospital as i was dizzy and felt i was going to pass out on the spot in the middle of the street.

Why is this so great? because I can detatch the strap and put the purse around my waist and re-attatch the strap, thereby carrying the purse around the my waist instead of on my shoulder. When you have a bad neck, this is a life-saver. I always do this when I am walking any kind of distance while carrying my purse. It is very hard to find a nice looking purse that has a detatchable strap so you can do this!

This is old news, but still, interesting...and from the same general part of the world... I can understand why people who know of these stories from the media would be freaking out if the JWs come to their town... (<--eta: NOT condoning horrible mob violence or violence of any kind) (eta again: also not saying these children really killed themselves because of a link to JWs.....just that this stuff was reported by the media in that general part of the world and may have had a part in angering people against JWs)

and i am finding the adjustment to the real world far more difficult than i ever imagined...i f...it has been about five years since i totally woke up to the fraudulant nwt and then all my other doubts i had carried for years were proved true as well.
but almost all of my few friends are exjw or slack jw's and i feel so isolated...my sons friends are mostly exjw too but not their gf's and they have way more normal friends .
