  How do you when your anointed?

  i had always been puzzled by this, how jws know there of the so called anointed class, i mean there not born anointed supposedly they know by means of holy spirit lol!!!!.

  its then there word against yours, i mean we could all end up saying we were anointed then what would happen, probably you would be told off by the elders or maybe they just wouldnt believe you,and why because they might think if "more say their anointed" the end wont come in there lifetime.

  guess what im starting to think im anointed!!!!!!!!

  Haujobbz, I hope you don't mind me asking, but what exactly is your connection with the JW's?

  I notice that you state that you've wondered about this for sometime, yet in another post you say you've never been a JW.

  There have been quite a number of threads on this subject, which have gone into it in some depth. It seems to me that this is likely an inane one, however, as I'm starting to see a pattern in your threads.

  LT, of the "I was a JW anointed, before I left them" class.
  And the "Now I know I'm just a Christian" class.

  Since it doesn't contain lamb's blood, it contains brimstone as a reagent, instead.

  hey,.

  first, i'm not a witness so bare with me because i just need some answers.. i recently bought a book called 'the worlds greatest cults' by nigel cawthorne (an excellent read) an article on jw's was featured in it giving some basic facts-who founded it etc.. it stated that the 144,000 people were going to go to heaven-this number was selected as the gentleman who founded the religion never thought it would grow larger than that-nothing to do with anything mentioned in the bible.

  when the number of members began to reach this number, the founder said that all other members would stay on earth.

  i had an idea that i could build a uk map of everyones location which would show you instantly who is in your area from jwd.. (it might be an idea to do a seperate us one aswell but i'll wait and see if this one takes off first, or if anyone from the us wants to volunteer to do that one).

  (and australia but you are all in the same backyard anyway - literally!!!).

  anyway, all you have to do is post or email me your username and town and i will draw you on the map above which will change gradually to include everyone!.

  In the words of the "Reasoning Book":

  144,000 only go to heaven - not a biblical teaching.

  panorama prog., the producer admitted on sky television that she hated jws.

  I heard Betsan Powys (the lead reporter) answer a direct question about hatred of JW's in the negative, too. I was especially looking out for such an obvious question.

  The Panorama program was typical of their well-researched and unbiased journalism.
