The meeting in Australia is open to anyone wearing a suit or dress basically...no numbered tickets.

New Light not accepted by all..

they are out preaching full time ever day.
they are at the forefront and spearhead the teaching of jehovah's witnesses on ground level.

When I was sharing TTATT with my ex-wife one time I got to a point about the elder's handbook having a loophole where they could actually commit fornication and then hide it for a few years and then be forgiven and keep their eldership, and her jaw dropped... and then she LITERALLY put her hands over her ears... it a was total knee jerk reaction.
I said do you want me to show you the page I have the book on my computer... And she just got a glazed over look and said no no no several times. I've never seen that happen in my life like that...

What is the biblical justification for says that a creative days is 7000 years ?

i read in the photodrama that russell says that a creative days is 7000 years.
and in 1965 edition of "make sure of all things" page 134 that was changed from "7000 years" to "about 7000 years".. the bible not says the duration of a creative day.

They kept up that goofy teaching for quite some time, and it was in the Aid book and the older version of the SI book as well. I heard that it came from a jewish myth that each creative day was that long.
Then around 1989 when the Insight books were revised it was dropped, and instead of saying each creative day was seven thousand years they said, "many thousands of years in length" I believe.

@OTWO - Good observation.
I would disagree slightly on the 1% figure- I feel that as much as 5-10% of the traffic could easily be from friends or relatives of JWs, or someone that first encounters them in their door knocking work and looks up the website.

by JW GoneBad inso there is a rumor going around about 1914 and its possible demise!.
i cant help but think of the many and i say many divorces (not to make light of the matter) that jw families have had to deal with among their ranks over the years.. however, knowing how long the wtbts and 1914 have been together and the thought of mother (wtbts) doing away with her man (1914) after nearly 100 years of marriage is truly heart breaking for some.
many old-timers probably still think of the old days when they were like any other happy couple; inseparable, always holding hands, romantic and the like.

@Pixel - You just go to a free website like sendspace.com for example and then you upload the file. They give you a link and then you paste that link here into a commnent and then anyone can download the file.
If you have time to learn how to do this please do so bc Atlantis may be busy or sick sometime and we want you to help out with this stuff too. Most of us elders that learn TTATT step down, DA, or fade. But you that are still in stealth-mode are extremely special.

"in australia branch territory everyone can come, public included, however not going publicly advising it, plus no tickets are going to be used".
i wonder if that's really the case?
