i've been in need of a new laptop for a long time.
no, i mean it - a really long time.
the old dell that we have has a floppy lid and is woefully underpowered although it does build up my upper body strength every time i pick it up.. the last 6 months has been a bad time to buy something new though with the haswell processors on the horizon promising better battery life and also screen technology seems to have been leaping ahead recently to a new hi-dpi standard.. so apple finally released their mac book pro and at the same time dell has released an xps 15 ultrabook which looks like a pretty good alternative and probably better 'value'.. pro's and con's?
I have a massive high end Mac Pro at work, and it was grossly expensive, over $10,000 stuffed in that big silver box. If money is not a concern then get the Apple.
But for the same amount of $$ I can usually get two Windows machines that work just as fast and are not so overpriced.

this story is quite remarkable and no doubt many will appreciate it being told.
it is telling for several reasons; it highlights the fact that the watchtower organization can expel and marginalize anyone for literally anything if they are crossed.
they did that to ray franz back in the early 1980s and they recently have done it to these fine folks.. there are some six pieces of documentation in the account and it is in some ways a complicated mess, but it really boils down to a couple of active witnesses informing on someone to the elders.

With a video like this I am not trying to reach some asleep JW who accidentally stumbled upon this video; they will never break out of their cult programming that way. THis one is for people that are faders, ex-JWs, or ones that have an interest in JW procedures, etc.
As for your question: "Is it the norm for the WTBTS to send out letters stating that they are representing local elders now? I thought that the concensus was that the locals elders were on their own when it came to lawsuits."
I believe that they will shoot off a threatening letter to make things easy when they need to, but no if an elder is in legal trouble they will only act if they feel it will protect WT interests not that poor sap.

Yep I've been getting way more of these Militant JW commenters on my blog and my YT channel...
Most of the time they are ass-clowns and lamers but everyone once in awhile they will say something really meant that gets me ticked off and I have to stop and consider the source- We have to rememeber they are cult-controlled by the WT "Slave"-masters!
