three elders meet with a young female that knows ttatt and is trying to get back into the jws for family reasons.
the audio also includes the three elders disagreeing and deliberating after she is dismissed from the room and then when they call her back in.

Please bear with me, it has all been taken down temporarily. Once the sister saw it many hard memories came flooding back into her mind. Even though she knew months in advance this was going to be put online (that's how long I've been working on this one!) she just didn't anticipate the way it would make her feel. She has asked me to make some edits and I am doing that right now. It will be put back online this coming week hopefully.
i know what the current "shepherd the flock" book, published in 2010, says about the process of appointing elders.
my question is, what was the written instructions before that?
i skimmed through the old "pay attention to the flock" book and didn't see an official process.
I don't believe the WT procedure on how to appoint elders did not significantly change from the Flock book to the Shepherd book.

so i was helping some friends move and it came time for a break, i took my kids to mcdonalds.
we're sitting there and there's a family across from us, man, wife, 2 kids under 4. in the next booth is this older guy, maybe late 60's.. i'm not really paying attention, but then this older guy says something to the family about everybody being "me-first" these days.
so that caught my ear.
