@vidiot it’s also about the fact that the case against them is flawed, courts can’t establish a precedent for mandatory reporting , the WBTS LEGALLY have done nothing wrong here, until legislation changes then they are within the law , and not even child protection charities agree that mandatory reporting is a good idea as it creates so much ‘noise’ and false reporting that real cases get missed

This will go to appeal and the WBTS will win. The concept of vicarious liability for a rape won’t be upheld. There remains no mandatory reporting requirement in the UK (apart from certain jobs), only legislation will change this, not the courts.

LDS membership figures inadvertently supports Wt as been true and accurate
by joe134cd init not only reflects, but it would verify that wt statistics are true and accurate.
herein, are my reasons why.. lds general conference, which is the equivalent of the jw memorial, has an attendance of around 20 million ( that's people, who physically turn up).
however, the people choosing this online option is the unknown in this equation.. lets now look at 2 different scenarios for lds general conference to see how this compares to the jws: .

Selling halls is not evidence of dwindling numbers, in urban areas it’s just common sense , consolidate 3 halls into one and now the hall is used 3 evenings a week not one, and frees up cash , it’s a no brainier. -

Jw`s know where you live , You now need to know where they live .
by smiddy3 inthey come uninvited to your door step and try to discuss bible/wt doctrines with you, and many times or on occasion you do so.. you may even exchange first names with each other , and that is fine if you are happy with that but do you know where they live ?.
but they have an advantage over you .they know your name and where you live .!.
you may know there first name but you don`t know where they live .that is the advantage they have over you.. does it really matter ?

”In one congregation, because a bro hadn't sign the form saying they could have his data, they wouldn't use his name or surname. So what he did some part on the platform, he was introduced as Brother Blank.”

JC323 is not an apologist, just is simply describing the legal position.
very few countries have a compulsory requirement to disclose - and that us usually only for certain professions (e.g social worker or teacher)
even in the US where certain states have something that looks like a requirement , federal law is superior, and it’s not a requirement
countries often look at mandatory reporting but rarely go down that road

I have worked at Chelmsford
by Val2020 ini have worked at chelmsford .
everybody seems so happy, but i couldn’t help wondering why all these volunteers give up their time and money, working for free for the future bethelites to live in such luxury .
all all the volunteers working there now will be kicked out on the street next year, with the lucky few laughing at the poor suckers who irked for free making this new bethel so amazing .

“YOU DO T BELIEVE ME THAT IM AN EX BETHELITE AND CURRENTLY CHELMSFORD COMMUTER?
Ask me anything, I am happy to prove it.
everythin* I said is true”
Maybe, because you are saying that helicopters land at Chelmsford and Fly people around ?
Ok , ask you anything , what was the date , and who did the helicopter pick up , let’s start there for now.

I was a bethelite for several years, and bethel family nights were amazing.
they even had entertainment on pr with the best tv shows but all live on stage.
This still goes on every year spared no expense
bethel BBQs are even more luxurious with the best ever ice cream in the world.
you hear about these $49 burger and such, well this is the sort of food bethelites are eating on your kids ice cream money”
Very funny :)
