particularly useful for CA and RC parts, to get an idea how others dealt with it before..

May 2019 Watchtower doubles down on the "Two Witness Rule" !
by stuckinarut2 inthis is simply disturbing and infuriating!.
the may 2019 wt has defiantly and arrogantly been released by the gb, and it is full of their disgusting excuses for not complying with authorities!.
(i have seen and read all the articles, but cant work out how to upload a link here - perhaps someone can assist?).

@sir82 this is no improvement, it's policy already held for some time and taught at KMS to all elders.
it's infuriating there is no question to the part of 14 you are quoting in the beginning of your post; as most dumbed-down readers will think this applies only to places where reporting is required by law as mentioned and asked for in paragraph 13

The Society even admitted they had a problem with their pedophile leaders.
by new boy inoh, yes, the society even admitted they had a problem with their leaders.
a january 1, 1986 watch tower article (p. 13) stated: “shocking as it is, some who have been prominent in jehovah’s organization have succumbed to homosexuality and child molesting.” .
in the watchtower article, they didn’t disclose the rest.

Sure this meant Greenless as he was chased off the GB/Bethel in 85.
Discussed in length a decade or two ago on this board. -

New rules for child sexual abuse?
by formerministerial ina european jehovah's witness, who served in an important branch, has sent me the following rumor.. some serious sources are mentioned.
it clearly shake my perspective of what is going to happen in the coming months.. i'm totally shocked !.
the law firm managing all the interests of the wt has studied the problem in europe on data protection and actions on files and protocols of child abuse.

by _Morpheus inthis has been mentioned in passing but it seems to deserve its own thread.. this year at the rc, no releases.
instead they wait to drop them at the annual meeting which isnt a even simulcast event.
what is their thinking?

It's not a money thing.
They ended handing out hardcopys three years ago; just releasing the electronic book at the convention, with hardcopys to be ordered by the publishers later. This is how it was done with the revised Bible Stories book last year.
It's more about releasing things at the same time to everybody.
With Regional Conventions stretching from May to January plus the publications being available only from the first convention when you click properly or improperly.., the idea of new releases at the RC is outdated. So they practiced this thing already with the 2013 revision of the NWT, the revised Organized-book and the light version of the God's Love-book: release it at the AGM, make an announcement worldwide at the next LMM and everybody is in the know, as the publications are already online.
In 2001 they announced the new TMS book to be released in 2002 and to be used in 2003... now they announce the revised brochure, immediately available, hardcopies to be ordered this month in order to be used in January. That move makes sense.Only thing I don't get is why the Ezekiel-book is available in English only as for years they made a tumtum that they release everything simultaneously in dizillions of languages..
