  Can you be more specific Simon? I'm not clear on your viewpoint of him.

  I think you might just be in for another 5 year wait next week Simon to be rid of him. Try not to get too upset though.

  Personally, I will vote for Labour again and would be happy to see him in a 3rd term.

  can't breathe, can't hear, eyes are sore.

  the girls at work today were saying i had "man-flu" and all men get it.

  Thanks for the suggestions......feel a bit better tonight.

  I'd love to have stayed at home today, but I had to go to work. I think its an occupational hazard of working in the NHS that you are going to pick up the latest bug going around, after all hospitals are full of them. I think it is stupid to go to work, but often so many nurses/doctors catch bugs off patients/realtives and each other that it would be just impossible to go out sick for a day with a "common cold",,,,,,,, I think the NHS system, already stretched and understaffed would just collapse!

  Anyway, long weekend off. So time to relax now

  for a stinking head cold?? Can't breathe, can't hear, eyes are sore. The girls at work today were saying I had "Man-Flu" and all men get it. (aka common cold in a female) ..... but I do feel rough.

  Dad says drink hot lemonade as it'll make you sweat the cold out, I did that, it was disgusting. Mum said dose yourself up with Vitamin C. Done that too. Still feel rough.

  Any suggestions for Man-flu???

  i just spent 5 days down in devon in the south west of england and had a fantastic time unwinding and seeing my 2 nans, catching up with my cousins, having a couple of beers in a pub with my extended family the other side of the country.

  it was fantastic to see them all again.

  i'm a sucker for being made a fuss of.
