  The elderly sisters are at it again.

  awhile back, about a year and a half ago, when i was starting to wake up, i explained to my mom that when the circuit overseer is in town, they schedule shepherding calls after lunch, not because they care, but because they dont want to work door to door in the hot summer or cold winter.

  and they know that a prepared call means some nice hot chocolate and cookies or some ice cold tea and snacks.

  i remember her looking at me kind of funny so i ended the conversation and left it at that, and never brought it up again.

  JW UN Rumor

  yes, i have returned.. a short recap of major events since my inactivity began: i finally revealed to my parents that i do not believe the same thing they believe in (after i was caught smooching my girlfriend by a family of good-for-nothing pieces of human feces), and of course they view themselves as failed parents who were unable to brainwash their children.

  that is, of course, the reason why they are much more controlling over what i do in my life now (my mom even tried having a "bible study" with me).

  i told them everything and i was unable to dent their jw imposed mind force field, while also exposing a clear jw misunderstanding of probability, evolution, history, logic/reason, and the big bang theory.. in a conversation i had with my mother a few weeks back (i also heard this rumor before, but my mother told me it again), she mentioned how the un held a summit of all religions and when the jws presented themselves and mentioned their preaching work warning of the coming un ban on religion (referring to an international organization who can't even prevent genocide, much less impose human rights), a un official came up to the jw who presented the cult and told him to "speed up the preaching work", because they plan on doing the ban soon.. it saddens me to think of how ignorant jws are in relation to the principles upon which the un was founded and being unaware that the un at least has some sense as to not ban religion, but this rumor, as ridiculous as it is, needs to be put at rest.

  WE NEED MORE MONEY! (Letter sent to Mexico re: JW Broadcasting of May 2015).

  i don't know if they're making similar arrangements in other parts of the world but below you will find the letter (and the translation attempt) they're sending to all the congregations in mexico and central america asking them to modify their september 21 and september 28 service meeting programs.. after watching jackson's gold apple watch and lett's pinky ring one can only assume they are a bunch of brazen, shameless and greedy bastards!.

  the letter has already been uploaded at the spanish forum and you can find it if you click here or see the attached picture.. the translation "attempt" is as follows:.

  You are so right. WT was not ready for the information age. No longer can they hide behind their misinformation and cult tactics. I believe that is why they are so focused on 3rd world countries and helping "where the need is great". The information age is beautiful and will surely speed up our evolution so that cults and possibly religion will become obsolete.

  i just heard this a few minutes ago by a jw friend who is still an elder in my old hall.

  the kingdom hall i used to attend and my mom still attends was paid off many years ago and serves about 6 congregations.

  one of the english congregations has a lot of financially well of members.

  What money-hungry bastards! How is it that WT is standing at all with such clear inappropriate actions? Just goes to show you, WT will suck you dry of your money, energy, dignity and time. They are a parasitic disease! So glad you were able to break things down for the elder. Maybe he will also talk to a few others and it will be a domino effect?

  the new testament tells us stories about miracles, people speaking in different languages by the holy spirit, jesus appearing to many of his disciples.

  yesterday some jw's came over to my house and were even being nice to me, most of the time if they do come by an elder or ms may say something but the others will not, its even hard for them to say just hello (how pathetic).

  ( they also do this behind my back as if i don't know).

  i now realize by not being their i've handed my kids right over to them!.

  First time commenter here. After reading your story I had to chime in as this really touched close to home for me. My parents were both baptized but innactive when me and my siblings started studying, and shortly thereafter, started to be active and prominent in the congregation. There was a regular pioneer sister that decided to take us kids under her wing at the time but her primary focus was on my older sister. I know first hand the terrible things that were said about my parents, primarily my mother since she was "spiritually weak". Needless to say, this caused unbelievable tension in my family and caused so much pain to my mother. There was very much this tangible divide in the house and it was expressed that if I were to side with my mother I was not a good Christian. Basically, we were told that our mom was demon possessed and that she was evil and that this ego-centric, self-absorbed woman was our "spiritual mother". I am embarassed that I did not stand up for her and allowed this to happen but being only 13, I trusted my older sister. I remember how it all culminated late one night when my mom and sister got into a screaming match so heated that I thought that I was going to have to pull them off of one another. To this day my sister will not come to my parent's house and has little to no contact with them.

  What I can tell you from experience is that the entire time my loyalties lied with my mother. I truly loved her and not this psycho woman. It felt wrong to be divided ans to harbor such ill-will towards her. I wish my mom would have pulled me aside and talked to me about it or did anything other than just let it happen. What I would encourage you to do is spend as much time with your children, looking for moments to discuss world topics or Biblical topics and do your best to show another side. I am sure that there are principles and doctrinal topics that they are confused over. Ask them questions on what they think. Bottom line is to get them to think for themselves and to question authority, namely that of the organization. You are their father first and foremost and you will have more of an impact on them then anyone in the kingdom hall. If you can, limit their association with them. This is your family and no one has the right to interfere with that. Fight for them and never give up on them no matter what happens. Above all, do everything with love. Love your kids and show them what real unconditional love is because they don't have it with the JW's.
