Please stop his BS about body guards, that's why apostates will be considerated as a bunch of lunatics.
Of course there is security, but No shotguns. In southamerica we used Rotweilers only.
"happy" vid.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=je6_855ucac @ about 2:25 is a bethelite with a "security" jacket.
and then here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ts23nn0emnw a "brother" at the gate claims to be sia security.

while attending a week long training class for elders in patterson, bro losch gave the concluding talk about loyalty to the borg, which i was in awe of(i went more in detail in a recent post about a s.a.d.
where losch was the speaker).
at the end of his talk, here's what he said: .
He was driven with his wife from the airport to Brooklyn, the Bethelite asked him :"Where have you guys been last week?", Losch answered:" My wife is not a guy!"
Funny 😀😀 and I understand him, this american approach is to much for many europeans.
so i was just reading a thread and came across a completely new jw 'rule', that of not being allowed to go fishing!..
at least it's new to me as i always enjoyed fishing as did others in my old congregation.
anyone else heard of this or had this imposed on them in they're jw lives?.

More grom country to country I guess.
I was surprised that some missionaries who had served in Belize used to Carry a Shotgun with them when going into the Bush for a couple of days.
for a future project i'm searching for remarkable quotes of current and former gb members.. i've two personal, validated quotes:.
"sprechen sie deutsch?
" "ah, ein bisschen!

We were never allowed go fishing unless it would be to obtain food. As a sport it was never "done".
so we had brother losch visiting our special assembly day which was weird in itself.
he's not a very good speaker and seemed like he was in dire need of a nap or something.. anyways just a few observations from the assembly program.
theme: imitate their faith.
4 months ago i was conducting the watchtower study along with a long list of responsibilities that come with being an elder in a very goofy congregation.
during this time my health was going down hill.
i've always had a low blood pressure,(102/65 or abouts) but for the past year it had creeped up to 135/90 range.. so 2 months ago after learning ttatt, i'm still considered an elder because the brothers won't let me step down, but i haven't done anything in that time except comment once at a meeting a few weeks ago.
more about cars and n.y.c.. .
back then hundreds of cars were stolen, in the city every day!
the new york post said "the average life span of a corvette (sports car) parked on the street was 24 hours!
i had heard that gb members flew first class, does anyone know if this is so?.
also, bethel living accommodation, do they have same standard as all bethelites or do they get luxury quarters.. same for cars, are they provided luxury cars as was once the case?.
or are they all sharing in the downsizing, who cooks for them, cleans and does laundry.
