@Nitty-Gritty, what do you mean , these movies are not made up? Are they documentaries or something? Please....They are as fake as all the stories at the conventions we used to hear and see (or maybe not) after the biblical drama's.

30Has anyone noticed the JW movies are trying to normalise their lifestyle?
by truthseeker inhaving watched the prodigal son returns movie produced by the organization and a recent mini-clip of a brother in london who is shown jogging and doing normal everyday things while wanting to "reach out" it occurred to me that the organization is trying to normalize their bizarre lifestyle and beliefs for the benefit of non-witnesses.. what do i mean by normalization?
they try to make the witnesses look like just another christian denomination who are reasonable while their members live and enjoy normal lives that appear to be within the mainstream.. they do this by not mentioning anything to do with higher education, armageddon or the urgency of the end of the world nor is their discussion or mention of the blood issue.
these are things mentioned often at kingdom halls and in study articles.. watching the prodigal son returns, the family appears to live a normal life, going to meetings and studying.

In missionary service we had a meeting with all of us and the branch committee. A few weeks before, one of the brothers, a missionary and member of the committee, I have to say, a real, real humble, nice, sincere old brother, anointed had died. Brother Salvino Ferrari...the nicest person I ever got to know.
At the meeting the BC told me that the night before Ferrari died he got a visit from angels. As his original language was italian, he cried :"angeli, angeli!".
Believe it or not as the program says....

The rebel sees things from an american point of view. I understand it, it's like the Italians with their PAPA, but I know Europe and served almost 10 years in South america. Believe me...they don't worship the GB. Most of them don't even know their name. In the case of SA they mainly get involved ...
* trying to get a us or eu visa.
* get a hope for their miserabele future
* get some kind of importance as wearing a tie and a bookbag.
* get help for their poor situation.

@ Rebel. His suits are not special, it's not Savile Row stuff. Just an average suit that every gentleman wears here. Just watch the shoulders. the whole thing is to wide. But whatever.
