by Prins Vaillant ini am still a newbee because i was a lurker for 6 years :) but in all those years i never saw one posting from a belgian ex-jw.
it would be so comforting to see somebody from my own area.
so i would like to address the belgians and ask them to reveal themselves to me.

Whats wrong with windows?

i remember going to the hall in the 70's and we had lots of windows.
then they started building them without.

The local authority may dictate this also. A windowless KH planning application may not be acceptable to council officials. This happened in a KH project I worked on in the UK - the standard template had to be changed to be sympathetic with surrounding buildings.

Thank you Andy for your good wishes! Me and Spice remember the Amsterdam Apostafest well and hope that we can come back soon to the Netherlands - it was a blast! I still haven't met Abaddon or Rado Vleugel or the legendary Bas (from Kent's), so maybe we'll see them next time we're over there in the land of my roots!

Check it out... I'm posting from my cell phone!
by Elsewhere inover the weekend i started a new cell phone service with a nokia 6600. this thing rocks!
it has a slick little web browser by opera, so i can browse regular web sites... not just the "wap" pages.
what it does is render the web page as if it was on a regular screen, but then gives me a little "window" the size of my cell phone screen.

Yes, Opera for Symbian OS is great. It's amazing how lean they got it without too many compromises. They may be beaten in Windows, but Opera holds supreme in PDA's and phones.
