ok, perhaps you may think i have lost it, but i got to thinking of how everyone seems to dwell on the negative aspect of being a jw.
how about a positive approach?
while i never plan to ever be a jw again i can recall some positives that happened along the way, here are a few that come to mind:.
I learnt to be a good salesperson i apreciate the org for that .
My experience also left me with the belief on how powerful the mind is.
Last but not least it did give me an interest in all things spiritual
and the importance of research when making a decision on something .

I was tempted to jump in on the defense but decided to sit it out. It's been my experience that women who are obviously as outstanding as you are, grow tired of my gender either trying to rush to your defense or attract your attention

i recently read a post on the net regarding how often men think about sex.
i started to think about how often i did.
i followed this up with a survey on antoher site and found i ranked low and they told me i had sexual problems.
If we look at some of the applications the organisation has used we could apply it to not fornicating with the world. In a sense spiritual fornication perhaps. I'm not stuck on my opinion but the body is quite often used as a term for fleshly and worldly.
Boy the governing body sure look like thay are not deadening their body members. In fact they have added to them when you look at the new struvture in place . ie 3 new corporations recently.
Deaden your body members is take care of the spirit the body is unimportant.

Joe helped a lot of people learn their way around the computor. And yes what a laugh when he got on the witless discussion board. i know this is somewhat off topic but i am so excited.
i was asked yesterday to become part of the canadian olympic team's marketing group.. they will fly me to sydney, take care of accomodations and other expenses plus pay me a samll amount per day.. i am thrilled, excited and in awe.
i will have full access to all events, ceremonies etc.
