  Did others experience this on the ministry or among JWs generally?

  sometimes it's hard to know if our own experience of jws was typical and what features were peculiar to our own area or the individual jws we knew personally.

  i was wondering if others experienced this among jws:.

  a few times on the ministry, when we were working wealthy areas with large houses, some brothers and sisters would make the comment that they look forward to taking ownership of one of these big houses after armageddon, when the worldly people have vacated them.

  Yes, been out for 32 years and remember often hearing this. Our territory ranged from older city neighbourhoods to a beautiful area with lakefront cottages and large century homes. Guess which ones the JWs were putting dibs on!

  because i simply decided the watchtower corporation wasn't the truth(tm) i was da'd in a secret jc that i didn't attend.

  i was writing songs with a friend that day instead.. jws wasted no time in labelling me as an evil villain.

  the rumours abounded.. i was labelled as 'a false prophet'.

  Such circular reasoning! We did not see it when we were in the borg, but now that we are out it is so obvious. The Bible is God's word because it says so! Really? Present this to anyone with half a brain for critical thinking and you will be laughed off their doorstep. And the third one, talking to the older man...yep he has never before seen things so bad. Guess he never heard about or slept through 2 world wars, Korea, Vietnam, pre-vaccine days, people dying from now curable diseases, and so on and so on. Geesh!

  when i first saw the video, i was like, "wait... is that her... panties showing through the dress"?and it seems like it is so.turns out that if you look at the middle right of the video, there are some letters.

  it reads, "footage provided by pond5".if someone wants to purchase that video to confirm, you can purchase it here:http://depositphotos.com/63621499/stock-video-violinist-girl-walking-through-a.htmli think that this was a royal mess up because i doubt they would put footage of a sister in a skimpy, revealing dress.doesn't the gb approve this?this will probably go down as another of the "subliminal images"...if there are thongs in paradise... might not be so bad after all!.

  Watching this again and noticing how thin her arms are (jealousy here), anyway, do any of these videos use the typical overweight JW? I can hear them all saying "Oh, look how thin we will all be in paradise!" I have been out over 30 years and back then I saw my share of obese JWs at ass-emblies.😡

  That was a great video. The calm, reasonable presentation by a nonJW of his observations should be seen by everyone who thinks JWs are harmless. What is the point of these kids, down the road, being denied permission to participate in music at school. So they could knock on a few more doors on Saturday mornings where either no one is home or not interested? How sad. I would imagine there are thousands of teachers, of every subject, all over the world, with similar experiences with JW students.
