It's PTSD (I'm not joking). Seeing a psychologist who specializes in this really helps.

Is asking questions of logic about a Global Flood effective in waking loved ones?
by BU2B ini was thinking about using a tactic of asking questions revolving around "noahs flood" to try to start my wife doing some serious thinking.
unlike doctrine that cannot often be proven one way or another, this issue can be proven beyond the slightest doubt that it is impossible.. i was thinking about asking a question something like this "i was reading about coral reefs today, and they sure are amazing!
what amazed me the most is how long it takes for them to build the reef, and how long they live!

Somehow came across this subject with my wife the other evening. . . . I forget how. . .
. . . . and she said that she really doesn't believe there was a global flood, it was most likely local.
So I said, Then you really aren't a Jehovah's Witness!
She laughed!
She knows.

WT: World War I started in October 1914 (not July 1914)
by Calebs Airplane inaccording to the wt, these are the actual sequence of events that led to the start of world war i:.
1) the gentile times ended on october 1/2, 1914.
2) jesus took the throne immediately thereafter.. 3) one of jesus' first tasks as the newly enthroned king was to engage in a heavenly war against satan and his demons.. 4) having won the war against satan and his demons, jesus expelled satan and his demons from the heavenly realm giving them only terrestial access.. 5) since satan is a sore loser, he became extremely bitter and decided to wreak havoc upon all the earth.. 6) filled with anger, satan then provoked the nations of the earth into a 4 year bloody battle known today as world war i. so there you have it... wwi started sometime in october of 1914 (not july 1914 as history books would have you believe).

Witnessing after the Big A?
by Doug Mason ini had the understanding that after "armageddon", the jws would be witnessing to resurrected people who had not rejected them during their earthly lifetime, in addition to all those who had lived before the wts existed, plus every dead child and baby.
is that still taught by the wts?.
1. presumably all dead earthly-hope jws are resurrected first.. 2. then all jws would have to be taught what is the true truth.

"From the Wikipedia:
World War I (WWI or WW1), also known as the First World War, was a global war centred in Europe that began on 28 July 1914 and lasted until 11 November 1918."
Don't you realize Wikipedia was created by Satan to help college students write esssays with almost zero research?
But seriously, I believe there's a Questions From Readers (remember that?) from the '50s where someone called them on the timing of WWI and Christ's Cellophane Enthronement. . . They of course gave some long-winded bullshitty answer. Anyone have access to a CD ROM?
