Actually, the lawers for the Spanish Congergation was/is are local.
And why was this filed in a Federal court? Shouldn't this have been
filed in a local civil court? Chances are you will hear a mention
of the dimissal on Dateline. Not exactly adding credibility in the eyes of JW's to the case

agreed Hawk,
the article ,(at least to me), made it seem like that was the
main issue the Pandelo family had.
as regards to preaching,there is actually no need for the molestors to go door to door and put others in danger.....i.e. telemarket witnessing and letter writing and internet.
of course my solution of killing all molesters would remedy the
situation.
