i knew someone can be disfellowshipped, publicly/privately reproved or dissasociated themselves.. but i never heard of marking.. can someone please care to explain that term to me?.

the jws have been harrassing me lately (i faded, not da or df) and i am sick and tired of them trying to convince me to go back... so i told them to leave me alone (in a nice sweet way!!
) but i cannot get df because if that happens my grandma who is a die hard jw would not talk to me anymore :(... .

this morning on my way to the office i decided to stop at the gas station to get some coffee.... as i am pulling into the parking space i see this woman w a haircut from the 80's the typical below the knee skirt and long sleeve shirt (is a 105 degrees over here in the shadow).... i immediatly knew she was a jw... she had the latest wt in her hands..... she skipped me and approached a group of young mexican laborers that were resting in the back of a truck... but... as soon as i walked out of the gas station... guess who was waiting for me???

she wanted to do a presentation.. i looked at her and w/o saying a word i started laughing so hard the guys in the truck started laughing as well... she just looked at me and still kept trying to push her literatrash!!

For the rest of you.... let me make this clear!! It was an SPONTANEOUS reaction... but regardless of that... i really don't care if you believe it or not!! let it GOOOO!! is not that hard!! ;)

I work in public speaking, those of you that i had said is an "attention grabbing" technique are CORRECT.... you have to be a really good facilitator/moderator/speaker to keep your audience engaged for more than 30 minutes, having 3-4 people share the load helps the borg keep more of the dubs awake.... keep in mind most symposiums are in the afternoon right after lunch or in the morning right before lunch, when everyones attention tends to be gone... is all about their selling techniques and keeping the dubs in line...
my brother and sister and their kids are visiting my jw dad for the weekend.
so my dad the smart ass invites 2 jw elders over to preach to my family (all non jw's) .
so my bro calls me on the phone, and they are argueing about the catholic church , trinity and blood.
