you realise that the NT writings were letters of counsel to congregations...they are the apostles explanation of the hebrew scriptures and of how to follow Christ.
That kind of makes the WT publications very similar to the NT writings.

its no different to the isrealites learning Gods laws through Moses
Unfortunately, we dont all have a direct line to communiate with God. He has always used a specific channel whether it was Noah, Enoch, Moses, the prophets, Jesus or the Apostles.
