i wanted to get people's opinion on something.

how do you feel when people use illegal means while performing their activism to shed light on the watchtower.

there have been people who have illegally recorded conversations with elders and with branch offices or at meetings.

Unfortunately for you, reality has it so that as of now Irwin Zalkin has a heavily redacted partial of the list with the possibility of more /all of it coming into his hands in the future.

Also, unfortunately for you, John Davis, there are other blood hounds after the pedophile list, including Hartley & Hartley (TX), Rick Simmons (CA), and Erin Brockovich's law firm, Weitz & Luxenburg , just to name a few.

Also, Mike Rezendes, Boston Globe reporter who outed Catholic Church (Spotlight Movie) and the Spotlight Movie Team are seriously looking at doing a movie project on the Jehovah's Witnessess child sexual abuse. They also want to know more about the pedophile database.

And then there are the Anonymous groups like #PedoHunter and #OpPedoHunter, etc who are also looking to get the JW pedopihle database.

since the australian royal commission, a lot of jw elders have been outed for either being pedophiles/molesters or for enabling it.

the jw elders who enabled it, are publicly outed to their community online and offline.

it's become a congregational matter with the entire kingdom hall and someone said that this elder would lose his eldership possibly, due to it "being known in the congregation and community" that he enabled child sexual abuse.

think of it : the internet as a source of information and exposing to human kind many alternative interpretations of literature content spells doom for watchtower bull shit as all countries raise their intelligence to what is right and wrong and what is self serving and biased by religious indoctrination, such consciousness will become so common place that religious bull shit will not be very tolerated by the masses as we proceed forward.

So very true. On Twitter, for example, the obvious hashtags like #JWorg , #Jehovah , #jehovahsWitnesses are filled with ex-JW posts. There are some JW's using the hashtags, but their posts are not as many as the ex-JWs. On Facebook, Yelp and Google people are putting in reviews on the Kingdom Halls and posting news links right there on their Kingdom hall pages. Some of them have been up for over a year, while some Kingdom halls seem to have one or two concerned individuals managing to get the posts taken down for a while....a while...lol lol

Youtube also has tons of EX-JW videos come up on the obvious search terms like "Jehovah" and "JW.org" and "Jehovah witness".

In today's day and age, the EX-JW community is right there with the JWorg website results. It's no longer just 2 witnesses to a householder door, it's 2 JW's and Google. People will inevitably Google JWorg Jehovah's Witnesses in their cell phone whenever a Jehovah's Witness approaches them. Not every single person, but I'd imagine anyone who would have an interest in JWorg would get curious about it and see what's on the Internet besides just the JWorg site.

Further, in some sectors, people research their group affiliations, careers and purchases. I know in my local community, people will take time to research a business on Yelp.com and other sites first to see if it's even a business worth bothering with.

And then there's the people who are now XJWs who accidentally clicked the wrong site and it ended up being an "apostate" site that woke them up ? Know of 2 people who had that happen to them. One was a guy who was a devout JW and their JW friend sent them some kind of site about Terrance Howard saying how he's not good enough to be a JW and if he could he'd be one. Somehow the guy ended up clicking another link which was an XJW site and the rest is history lol.

Karter that's terrible :( So sorry about this happening to her. What a disgusting cult. I've also heard JW's making pedophiles elders and leaders AFTER the man confessed to raping kids. Yep. Even know of one person who was accepted and baptized AFTER having confessed to molesting step kids. Jehovah was gonna fix it in the new system, meanwhile everybody looks away and enables child rape.

jp1692 collateral damage - that's it in a nutshell. Totally agree with you that JWorg is an incestuous belief system, rules and regulations. The cookie cutter answer is "Wait on Jehovah to fix it" for any problem where JWorg needs to save face first and foremost.

Can you actually use Google and research yourself or do you just like to wait on other people to do that for you John Davis? I see you love to disagree with all kinds of people on just about any/every topic, but you are a little lazy in the self-awareness dept.

Approximately 8 to 12 elders or so. "A lot' is meant subjectively as 12 compared to 8 million certainly isn't "a lot", however 8 to 12 compared to 200 to 300 people (approx 3 to 5 congregations) is "a lot". You're welcome to call it not-A-lot, as the gist I'm looking for is about the way JWorg handles their individual members getting exposed.

These elders were not outed directly by ARC, instead they were outed secretly by their own family members who told ex-jw's online and outside activists.The ARC has definitely sparked people to step forward and speak up around the globe and part of this was because of certain elder's family members seeing the ARC and saying that their dad molested them, but were too ashamed and too afraid to step forward.

The main info I'm digging at is can an elder who has followed the 2 witness rule , and who is now outed publicly for enabling child sexual abuse be demoted, because it is "known publicly about him"?

LOL no prayer in the world can compare to a heroic dose of Psilocybe Mushrooms. You may pray yourself into a dizzy tizzy, but it is absolutely NOT the same as a psychedelic experience.

Now, on the other hand, combining a strong structured ritual/prayer with psychedelics like psilocybe mushrooms, in a responsible, safe setting can certainly boost your prayers, if you're into that. There can be many spiritual and psychotherapeutic benefits to psychedelics, given they are taken in a safe and setting.

Also, comparing cocaine, crack and booze to plant teachers like psychedelic mushrooms, catcti, Ayahuasca, and other plant teachers is also a common bias.

Psychedelics are not for everyone and there is no substitute for your own sobering hard work in controlling your mind, connecting with your inner Divine, and working through life's challenges without any external consumption.

However, there is also NO substitute for psychedelics and the psychedelic experience.

It's always best to obey your laws when doing activism. Having said that, there are people who may/may not break the law in their activism. Most often activists are threatened/charged with harassment when confronting or outing Jehovah's Witnesses. But hacking to get the pedophile database is a different legal matter than harrassment.

There are all kinds of activism that people do. Quite a few people are quick to scream that the methods are ineffective and don't work. Others scream persecution with gusto and vigor. And then others just scream something to have a chance to disagree with something or someone.

When you've got child rape, murder, pedophilia and more going on in a toxic cult, the answers to the solutions aren't always black and white. You've got a nasty cult that refuses to budge on their criminal activity to their own demise, detriment and destruction.

so we've already established that most religions can be classified as high control groups, we can name the wbts, church of scientology, lds, etc.

I personally stay away from all religions. After seeing the Australian Royal Commission's stats on 65% of child sexual abuse being found in faith-based institutions, I think it's really a risk to attend any religious institution.
