i have been gone for a while so i am back, but i don't know how often i am hanging around.

i am more interested in apologizing though :).

i have posted several times in the past about the necessity of spreading the word about ttatt in the spanish speaking world.

Why hasn't the WT spoken out as loudly about Islam as it has catholics?

muslims are now outnumbering catholics.

could the gb be all talk, and afraid if they spoke out against them, the last words they would hear at one of their talks would be "aloha snackbar!"?

I wonder if it is because Islam "works" for them. It is scary and proves the end is coming quickly?

In days gone by the Catholic church was the competition so its pretty easy to see thats the way early JW leadership viewed them.

after much lurking and even sporadic posting under an alias account, i've decided to come out of the "apostate" shadows.

this month marks my 1-year disfellowshipping anniversary.

it's been a long, arduous journey, one that nearly took my life.

The fearless leader of the JWs here locally (COBE) gets disability and is not disabled in the least. His wife worked tirelessly at the paperwork and hoop jumping required for years and finally got herself and her husband a nice check coming each month for them both, along with free health care.

the recipients included families from astrakhan and yaroslavl regions, the republics of karelia, buryatia, north ossetia-alania, perm and primorye territories, and khanty-mansi autonomous area – yugra.the order of parental glory was established by a presidential executive order signed in may 2008 and is awarded to parents (or adoptive parents) raising 7 or more children and ensuring due care for their health, education, and physical, spiritual and moral development.
