  I'm banned from the Silentlambs Website

  i discovered a major security flaw on the silentlambs website, i e-mailed bill about it, setup up a small demonstration, mind you i told no one else about this.

  and the demonstration was benine, because this flaw could allow someone to forward the site to say porn sights.

  i won't go into detail, but let's just say i could cause alot of havoc with it.

  I e-mailed him about it, and the demonstration was simply a pop up alert window, that said bill contact me, this needs to be fixed, paraphrasing, after I e-mailed him. And go back there, and I'm banned at the server level, and when I go back with a proxy, of course it's not fixed. Like banning would stop a real malicious hacker. Malicious hackers don't tell you, what they did.

What do I get? I get banned by the Mother F^*&! Grrrr! And the flaw is still there. I had to go through a proxy server just to get to the sight, the dumb ass, doesn't realize, you can ban all the addresses in the world, but that will not keep someone out, I can still go there, even though it's in a round about way. The fix is so simple, I could tell someone how to edit, the script and fix it.

  Atkins - good or bad?

  i keep hearing good and bad about the atkins diet.

  i started it a month ago not really to lose weight, but, i had heard that atkins eliminates sluggishness during the day and insomnia at night.

  what was startling was the amount of energy i gained.

  Your brain is not a muscle, your brain needs Essential Fatty Acids (Omega-3, basically fish oil, salmon being the best source of this), not carbs. Carbs are bad for the brain. Let me refrase that, not all carbs are good for the brain, you need to stay away from processed junk food, fruits and vegitables are ok, however not all carbs are good. The processed carbs, are the most harmful. ?

  DECEPTIVE PRACTICES

  Fortunatly I grew up in a very open household by witness standards, my ex-wife is black, my brother in law in Venzuelan, and my brother is getting married to a Korean woman. I'm color bline, my ex-wife was a psycho, but it wasn't because of her color. And I have actually been on the recieving end of racism, by black males, when I was dating this one black woman, comments like, why aren't you with your own kind, I didn't have to say anything, she piped up, his kind is nice understanding, non-racist females, unlike you. LOL I just couldn't help laugh.
