Don't buy into Ray Franz's stumbling block.
by Bleep inray franz wrote, "i was baptized a jehovah's witness in 1972 (three years before armageddon came) and served as an elder for a good number of years.
all i can say is put franz book to the test for yourself.
1)he is making money off a dumb idea.. 2)he was expecting 1975 to be armageddon.

Exactly!!!! And last time I checked, aren't resturaunts mandated by law to list they're ingredients? I've seen ingredients at Mcy D's, what an idiot. I really wish americans would take responsibility for they're own actions!

What would you do if religion collapsed?
by Prisila inat this point in my life i feel very confident that leaving the jws was the best thing for me.
however, 25 years of brainwashing goes a long way.
(for arguments sake) if religion collapsed today, would you feel you made a mistake in leaving the wbts?

I would say good riddance! Organized religion is a fungus in my opionion, it may make some people happy, and that's ok. However to me my religion is personal, and I am the only member, so it can't become corrupted, it can only grow and only expand my beliefs. One thing you will notice, most all religions speak the same core thing, so thusly I believe there is not one wrong religion, however you have to wiegh everything, and I don't believe a religion is right, if they say they are the only one true religion, that's rediclous, because even the bible does not say exactly who would be the right religion, only guidelines.

It is now time for protests in front of they're distric conventions, we need lot's of body's to make the protests affective, I know, having been involved with protesting the arrest of a russian programmer by the FBI. We need a list of DC's in every state, and hit them hard, I mean absolutly hard, this will keep it in the press!

oral sex
by lilpumpkin inwould someone who was a jw all his life (24 years) know he's not suppose to be giving/receiving oral sex?
is it possible he might not have heard about this rule?
does it not apply if the person is disfellowshipped?

Fortunatly, I got out in time to get some experience before I was too old, it wasn't till I was about 24 till I had my first orgasm from Oral Sex. I also started to really enjoy giving it to the woman, to the point, that it really turned me on to give a woman multiple orgasms, oraly. Just something to be said about having your head squeezed by a womans thighs. :) So now at 32, I can't get enough of it.

You could always take a whiz on the attendants shoes, maybe he'd get the hint you had to pee.
