Encouraging people to research the history but the online library only goes as far back as 2000. Only those who have kept the cd-rom or bound volumes can do this. The majority will just rely on the Faith in Action DVD and the magazine series From Our Archives

by 00DAD inironically, in today's wt, jws are encouraged to study the early history of the "earthly organization".
like them [the sons of korah], do you have a desire to study and recount the history of the earthly part of jehovahs organization?
the more you learn about gods organization and how jehovah supports his people, the more real gods kingdom will be to you.

SAD news about OOMPA......
by redredrose inour friend, oompa, has passed away.
just recieved the news a couple of hours ago, and have almost no details.
it happened today or yesterday, he took his own life.

My condolences to those who will truly feel his loss.
News of suicide is so gut wrenching because I know the pain that drives one to that place. Watchtower has so much blood on it's hands. I so want to believe in karma and retribution I only hope to live to see the day the WT gets it. -

How is a persons experience as a JW not going to make an impact?
People tell their stories all the time, why is it when an ex JW does no one takes it seriously?
With the verdict some may become curious about JW's and with this documentary people can learn that one doesn't have to be molested for the religion to affect them. Just being a JW exposes people to all kinds of issues. -
