Does anyone remember this 1989 Awake! series?

how ironic they went thru this series - well done, by the way - and never applied it to themselves!

aahhh... ya gotta hand it to the wts, they sure know how to mind-control the flock into getting them to follow unquestionably.

the nov. 25th watchtower is brilliant in encouraging the sheep to be even lesser than they already are!.

as they admit, "the greek word translated lesser one means someone who is modest, humble, lowly, insignificant, or of little esteem and influence.".

deuteronomy 18:20-22 states:.

"20 but a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything i have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods,is to be put to death.21 you may say to yourselves, how can we know when a message has not been spoken by the lord?

22 if what a prophet proclaims in the name of the lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the lord has not spoken.

i have pioneered every time i possibly could, gave talks... i was a good jw!

but for over 40 years, i had nagging doubts about the character of god.

to make a long story short, i'm now a happy atheist!

i just wanted to chime in as a loving atheist father, divorced to a jw, and what plays as far as educating our children.. we have shared custody but the kids are mainly with their mom - 11 and 14 respectively.. the problem i face is keeping a balance for my children.

i have turned atheist during our marriage, so my ex didn't have the spiritual support she signed up for anymore.

i can understand it is not easy.
The WTS has finally found a political kindred spirit!
