'Apostate' or something better???

i desperately feel that the grand title of apostate applies no more to ex jws than it does to the whole of active jws.. therefore, i am asking for some sort of alternative title for the wonderful people who post on here.
the word apostate strikes fear in the average dub.

Whats the dumbest thing you were counselled for?
by Beck_Melbourne ini was once counselled by the elders for watching 'knots landing'....it became widely known in the congregation that me and a few other sisters would rush home from field service to watch our favourite soapie.
if we missed it, we would ring each other up for an update...or...if we weren't near a tv we would ask someone to put the phone handset on the top of their tv so we could hear it...pathetic huh...but that was all the excitement we could scrounge up in our otherwise dull and uneventful lives.
one of the elder's wive's conscience got the better of her...and she confessed to her husband..lol.

Thanks Pete. I did read that, but you know vat? (I feel like that character on Mad TV coming on), I find the same predictability in Will & Grace. Gay writers etc. But I'm not knocking it..I'm so glad it's a new world for gay youth..there are so many role models, fictional gay characters out there ( and now even Rosey is coming out) that they won't feel as isolated.

Yo pete, I'm telling you when I saw the movie, I thought it would have been great if the lead turned out to be the closet homosexual, or at least bisexual. My friends and I saw that psycho homo a mile off!!!

How many hours are falsely reported?
by badboy inin the january 1 issue of each year, they harp on about how many hours the jws did last year etc etc.. how many hours are possibly falsely reported?.

I would have felt too guilty to lie about my hours...but I'll tell you I HATED GOING DOOR TO DOOR more than anything, not because I didn't believe I should be doing this, not because I don't like talking to strangers, but because it was so unnatural and I became this stepford wive (although I am male)Witness...I could never be real, with real emotions, responses, Mother Theresa on wheels whether I felt like it or not!
