  Doctor/Elder not really a doctor

  this guy showed up from the philippines and was a physician for years but was never a real doctor.. lots of witnesses quit going to him once they found out... swept under the rug as usual.. obit fails to mention formal schooling as well.. just google: recto natividad obituary.
