  whipping or not whipping?

  in light of the bru-ha-ha we recently endured over what began as and elder culpability issue gone awry, i thought i would present some words of wisdom written some time ago on this very board.

  apparently some poster had had a visit by some elders and had felt ganged up on.

  he described this as getting a "whipping", much like we have seen recent allegations of someone here being recently used as a "whipping boy" for another poster.

  Now I come here and see at 13:08 you still taking shots...

  So, Julie, which is it? Is it over or isn't it? I mean you were the wholly indignant one in chat going on and on about pursuing truth and fact....but here you have just proved untrustworthy (maybe you lied and are not the truth seeker you claim to be??)

  Either way doesn't really matter to me...but you were the one who claimed to want this sorted out.

  For the record, because even though I have explained this countless times to you, the "zzzzz" post was a post which I removed at TINA's (yes TINA, TINA, TINA...) request. I told YOU this numerous times - didn't I? Then why do you say "word has it that it was for Ladonna's benefit" that I removed it?

  Please don't flatter yourself. My chatting name was definitely not assumed for the purpose of arguing with you. I am quite content to do so under any name...

  So is it a truce or isn't it? One of three three things I see:

  1. You lied about the truce
  2. You are not as intelligent as you think you are
  3. I am dumber than I think I am

  You want to put this to rest, we can - ball's in your court.

  i finally got that shepherding call.

  1.5 years after not attending meetings, lol.. i'm sorry guys, but i was just disgustingly forthright.

  i basically said that 1.5 years ago, i researched and came to the conclusion that the societies blood ban was wrong.

  Never admit anything!!!!! Any admission only has one outcome - the chop.

  If you want to stay associated for family reasons or any other go back and tell them you are just "spiritually weak". tell them they misunderstood what you said...be proactive about it and take the step.

  Don't play by their rules ever....you cannot win that way. you agree with them or you get chopped. The only way around that is through what I call "wounded-dog" mentality. You are "hurting, weak and need time to lick your wounds - and will try to do better". It is normally enough to satisfy their power lusts.

  If confronted deny everything with substance and swing it all back to you being "weak". I am scheduled for a visit in the next week - will follow this to a tee...has always worked up to now.

  The other mechanism is to use distraction of conversation and ask them to explain stuff you dont understand (which they dont either). when they dont know the answer ask them to try and research it. for instance issues like my 2 Peter 3:9 favorite one. I plan on that for my "shepherding" call...I actually love playing cat and mouse with these fools. They don't even realize who the mouse is...

  wow...i am floored...it has been damn good to read some of the posts..i never thought there were so many people with the same prob's.

  been df'd for a few years and still have an elder dad and a very devout mom who constantly make me feel like i am a "stain" if not for my "worldly" wife i dont think i wud be here to make this post...
