  My darn dog died

  i've had this cowdog for nearly 11 years now.

  today she went out in the sun and got heatstroke and just didn't recover.

  i gave her cpr and brought her back twice but she was too far gone.

  Andee, I did not realize that " dish to pass" was exclusive only to JW's. I believe that I heard that term before with non witness gatherings.

  Yes , I can walk. My whole day has been like this though. I know what a day in the life of Homer Simpson is now. Doh.

I said I like yours better . Guess what. She made the beans! She said " your in big trouble". Whats even worse? I carried the kettle of beans to the picnic! I will be hanging my head low for a while. musky

  A Newbie Introduction

  i am a "newbie" that has been "lurking" and commenting on a couple of posts over the last six months.

  i was somewhat intimidated by some of the comments on the board so i didn't feel comfortable in introducing myself.

  Welcome patricia, I feel that praying is about the only thing i have left. It is a one on one situation, with no people trying to interfere. Please keep praying. Although i admit, sometimes its hard for me to keep praying because there is no response, it seems. I just think its all we have if we are to have any kind of relationship with God. Just my thoughts , don't mean much. musky

  Two Witnesses

  it's interesting that the society uses the "two witness" rule, the apostle paul interprets this differently in 2 corinthians 13:1. he says

  "this will be the third time i am coming to you.

  "by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.".

  RR , it still seems to me that 2 or 3 witnesses still needed in this verse. I just don't get it i guess.
