  i thought that the best team in the nfl deserved their own thread.

  actually, i am not a huge football fan.

  i do not watch much sports at all.

  Heaven, I assume hannibal would be laughing at the vikings, Since they never even had a chance at the playoffs! Come on Hannibal, don't be so hard on your team.

  BTW, Does LB still have a bet to settle up? or do I need to scan through the thread again and check for a picture?

  The Great Pumpkin, er, Memorial Caper

  well kids, it is about that time.

  i just saw my first post for this year's memorial.. so i thought i would let you all know my plans and see if anyone else is interested.. last year, just to be hypocritical, i partook of emblems at home.

  this year, i plan to be front and center at my local kingdumb hall partaking.. i do plan to polish off all the wine in the glass, and perhaps munch a few crackers.. anybody else up for memorial misadventures?

  I tend to agree with songmistress. If you would simply take a sip, It may cause others to believe that you feel you have the heavenly hope. ( don't know your personal circumstances though.) If you drink it all, there will be no question that others will see you as nothing but trouble. You will be handing out anti-witness literature to people beforehand? How will they feel about the literature after seeing you drink all the wine?

  Whatever though. If you drink it all, will there be a huge belch heard throughout the hall? ( puts the final touch on the plan)

  ok,,,i am patting myself on the back!!!!

  ( i did not take my humble pill today) i am just so happy and proud.... to anyone who reads this it may seem quite silly...but for me it is such an accomplishment... after months of therapy,,i have found the courage to "reveal" myself....i was able to reach out and write personally to 2 friends..it was great!!!!

  not use god's name .

  i'm an ex-dub but i still believe serious bible study means you gotta name check jehovah/yahweh.. what do others think?

  To me, The name is not that important as I was taught as a witness. My kids call me daddy, not by name. I call my dad, dad. I almost feel closer to God when I call him Father. Now if I knew for sure that he heard my prayers... Well thats another post.

  How do you do laundry?

  my wify has been gone for two weeks, and i,m running out of skivies.

  i havnt done laundry in years, anybody!

  hot/ cold/ colors/ whites- i'm lost.

  If you need to wash any viking apparel do those in a separate load. You need lots and lots of liquid bleach. 1 gallon each load , 2 is better. put the bleach in first before the water is added and let soak for 5-6 hours. then add water and wash normally.

  Just kidding I could not recommend that, even for a viking fan
