The people that know me and trust me are probably aware of all the stunts you've already pulled and anyone else can easily see from how you behave.

Your dwindling fans are aware of YOUR version of the "stunts" I've pulled, most notoriously your continued insinuation that I manipulated Lee into locking a thread. By the way, you owe both Lee and myself an apology for this - me because I would never manipulate someone to do something like that, and Lee because she is not so easily manipulated.

You know I have evidence to settle what happened once and for all - namely that Lee was under the assumption that threads could be locked by whoever started them, and that she suggested to both me and Barb that the thread be locked. You just don't want to discuss it because you prefer me to be big bad Cedars so that you can continue to play the victim card.

All well and good. At least I have the measure of the sort of man you are now - even though it's taken me a couple of years to piece things together.

Yes, because I really do spend sooo much time worrying about a forum that isn't moderated and is subject to the whims of a despotic owner, and whether I'm adding enough value to it.

I do not have infinite patience and believe I've already given you plenty of chances. I didn't let you back on the forum after your previous tantrums to derail topics and insult me.

Oh please go right ahead. I've already said that the way this forum has deteriorated it would be a badge of honor to be banned. Especially since Lee left because she could no longer work with you it is nothing but a meeting place for current and former Witnesses who are willing to either agree with you or stay silent. If you feel the need to silence me on here by banning me, go for it. But I promise you, you won't silence me everywhere, and I think you know that.

Yes, sorry for that "performance." Although well done for eventually yielding to common sense and getting the named-and-shamed-person's name removed from the thread title 20 pages later.

You obviously don't like doing the right thing when I'm the one telling you to do it, but I'm glad you eventually listened to someone.

I'm just glad I steered clear as much as I did. What point is it arguing with you anyway when anything I say that you don't like or that exposes you as being a bully gets removed, and I am childishly goaded even in my absense? As I said to begin with, the house always wins.

Probably people will now read it and wonder what on Earth I was complaining about because so much about this thread has since changed. It's just a sad irony that the "caberet" performance that Simon refers to was the product of him pouncing on me and scourning my calls for calm and reason to begin with. I should add that at least two (maybe more) posters who dared to agree with me over the course of this thread have since been banned. If that isn't evidence of Simon's despotic tendencies, I don't know what is.]

Yes Simon, but in re-telling this event you miss out a crucial part in the story, conveniently so in my opinion.

Lee emailed Barbara and myself on April 6th (I have the email) suggesting the thread be locked due to the bickering over AAWA's name. In making this offer, Lee assumed it would be OK with you when it clearly wasn't - but like I said, I don't blame her for second-guessing you because it's all too easily done. The board of AAWA accepted this offer and I decided to make a brief statement before Lee closed the thread.

When you re-opened the thread and challenged Lee she told you she closed it because I had told her to. I don't blame her for saying this because you put her on the spot (a confession under duress) - but it wasn't the full story as my email evidence proves.

I have no animosity towards Lee and think she is a remarkable woman. But I am sure she would disapprove of the way you continue to mischaracterize the chain of events, even though you were made aware of all of this.
