OK. THIS WAS TOO GREAT TO KEEP TO MYSELF.
Scenario: Divorced 7 years, I have custody of 3 boys, left Borg and Ex at the same time. Ex still a Dub....stupid, high school drop out....still no girlfriend, new wife, nothing. Still living in the past. Very bitter.
Ex sends me an email. Wants to p/u boys tonight for dinner. I told him they couldn't go because they had a Cub Scout meeting this evening (it's the sign up meeting). Of course, I never "asked his permission" (heheheeheee....) so this pissed him off.
He responds via email: "Do I need to remind you that i'm there father? I would like to be told everything they get involve in. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea. With all the crap that's going on with kids being molested. It's not SAFE. They don't need it."
My response is that "children can be molested anywhere; shall i withdraw them from school because they can be molested there? Hell....they're not even safe at the KINGDOM HALL! (www.silentlams.com). Quit being so damn paranoid. Boys won't be left alone w/any strangers; boys wanna do cub scouts, and its a fun group for boys to be a part of."
hahahahah!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE RESPONSE TO THAT ONE!

Micheal Jackson....in trouble!

the la district attorney says since the "abuse" ocurred out of our jurisdiction that they cannot file criminal charges (hopefully germany will) against micheal jackson.he does say however that they are working on a way to .
(.now this is second hand info..i'm looking for an article on this ) to take the child or children away from him.. did you see the footage of him taking the kids to the zoo yesterday.he had burkas on them.what is this guy thinking?

i don't get how the children's mother (be it that Debbie chick, or whomever is the mother)....can sit by idly and allow him to dangle a child from a balcony (& who knows what else that we don't know about) and not demand custody.
For those children's sanity, someone should step up and do something. What about Grandma Katherine. She too busy in field service to knock some sense into him!?

(((((((SCARLET)))))))))) so sorry to hear you're going through this. I went through the very same thing. My parents completely disowned me and shunned me. However, they finally came around 4 years later. Things happen, situations change, just stick to your guns and do not let yourself be manipulated - "we shun you because we want you to come back to Jehovah" is just a manipulative ploy and sadly, their devotion blinds them to the reality that they're creating a huge void in their life by missing out on their kids lives.

Ok all. It's 2:25 a.m. and we've sucessfully survived another apostofest.
Starr and I are recoving from the many poking, proding, and ass-pinching counsel we received from our dearest District Overbeer. We were indeed in need of this loving counsel. We feel jehovah has blessed us and we have the marks to prove it.
we are now preparing for bed, but before doing so, recalling with fondess the good association and uplifting conversation we had w/our bretheren. Wished we'd been able to witness a little more Smurf action, but maybe next time. I know EYEGIRL missed it!
But, in the words of our great lord Jesus, IT'S ALL GOOD!
ok. gotta go now. gotta prepare for the watchtower study tomorrow. Gotta make sure we underline those parot answers we're supposed to give -
