Need Some Help!

this is a bit off the jw topic but some here are great at activisim.

an i need ideals and support with a petition.

the situation is one that is quite personal to me.

Most states have special laws regarding cemetaries that make it virtually impossible to disturb them if they are recorded as cemetaries. I have seen one or two very old unrecorded cemetaries decimated because no one knew they were there and the developer figured he could get away with it. I investigated the legal process for a project in Texas and determined that getting the proper clearance was a virtual impossibility. This is especially true in the case where some of the graves are quite old. The chances of contacting all the decendents to get their permission varies between slim and none. It sounds as if your developer is trying to get a private cemetary road reclassified as a public right of way.

where do i start?

it's difficult to bring up all of the negative start in life, however, i believe that without my upbringing i would not have known where to search for the truth later on in life - within.

the jw is all i knew from the age of 6. when i left at 19 in the year of 1973, i was disfellowshipped for sex, drugs, and rock and roll.

I certainly agree with your statement on healing. No one heals another, but each heals himself (allows the spirit within to do the healing). However, practitioners such as you can facilitate the process. I would like to hear more about the use of tuning forks. Have you a book reference? I've noted positive results from the yogic practice of Bhramarie(sp) (humming in a group at different frequencies and tones). Welcome to the board!

Grave Concerns Over American Drinking Habits.

indeed, good people, and i am the one with the concerns!

as you may or may not know, hl and i are planning on visiting the land of the free next april.

however, i was deeply shocked to see an example of the nations drinking habits in a film shown on bbc 1 last night.

The term for earth "wobbling" is precession and nutation. The wobbling is precession and nutation stands for "nodding" that the planet does. They are seperate movements but can be corrected for together. There is nothing really new about it. As a navigator, I had to correct every celestial "fix" for it. The ancients seemed to have a pretty good working knowledge of astronomy that apparently got lost during the middle ages.

There is no pat answer to your concern. It varies from state to state. Most states have gone to .08% blood alcohol level as a standard for DWI (driving while intoxicated). Most states have "dram shop" laws which make the bar owner responsible for damage or injuries that a patron might be responsible for if they have served him while intoxicated. The alcoholic content of beer can also vary from state to state, some only allowing 3.2% beer. I doubt if any bar would serve you 8 Imperial pints unless you had a designated driver in your party who was drinking a lot less than that. DWI in the states is really serious business and very expensive.

You did good! That is a beautiful car. Nothing like a little competition to get the price down. Since it was the last day of the year, they probably wanted to get the sale in 2002 figures for year end bonus calculations. They also may have saved a little on the inventory tax that Tarrant County charges. Over the years I have found that the best time to buy a car is when there is 2 ft. of snow on the ground, near the end of the month, and they haven't seen a customer all day. Unfortunately, that condition doesn't occur very often in Tarrant County, Texas. I hoped that you checked with your insurance agent re: the rates on Miatas. I understand they are pretty high for guys your age. I normally don't recommend that people take the extended warranty since most are overpriced and you may not keep the car that long.

he isn't alive now, but he was the po of a congregation in the uk when he died.

i did once post this on h 20, so my apologies if it is "old hat".. he had an unusual experience during ww 2, this mystified him so much that he searched for answers for years.

I was wondering if you knew what happened to the "remote viewing" teams the CIA had going at one time. I believe the Russians had such teams as well, although not quite so successful. What is your read on John Edwards who does "Crossing Over"?
