Can anyone a good reason why they are building all these new kingdom halls when most congregations are shrinking?
Perhaps: The old ones are falling apart because of bad construction -Or - They are managing this as a real estate development project with the intent of flipping properties for a profit (with none of the profit trickling down to the local congregations).

I read the letter and it brought me back a few years ago. I routinely traveled to a location where the Watchtower had a long standing special rate in a pretty nice hotel. I would always requested and get the JW rate. I guess they don't like apostate doing that.

When you see some of these old videos there is no question that he lead a rough life. But the fact that he lasted until 70 is an accomplishment. Many old rockers don's last this long.

Both my parents have passed long before I learned TTATT. So this is a hypothetical question. But, if one of my parents died while I was in my present state of freedom from the cult, I would have no problem going to the KH. I would shake everyone's hand and give a few sloppy kisses.
