In theory the FDS is made up of the entire body of the anointed or at least the genuine anointed

One of the problems this concept is that half of those claiming to be annointed are women. There is no room in the organization for women to have a leadership role. Even those of the annointed.

So how does the society reconcile this difficulty. I heard one CO describe say that they take the lead by being submissive to the elders.

I could never figure that one out.

Wasn't the big announcement something about changing the font size in the Awake. That this was an indication that the fds is leading a progressive organization and that this is an indication that this is jehovah's true organization and that this indicates the end is near and what a wonderful provision of jehovah and ........

New Scrolls in the new system

the jw's always said that we would get new instructions in the new system, inspired by god this time, unlike the watchtower and awake.... what new instructions do you think will be found in these new scrolls?

Are these the scrolls that are opened when we are in the "new order" that include the amount of our reported service time?

Higher Education

this may have already been done if so sorry.. how many have gone on to earn college degrees after leaving the borg?

in what feild?.

how many are full time students now earning a degree?.

Don't tell anyone but I was going to college as a MS and an elder part time. This was all before the "new light" that sort of allowed education, but only if you were a poineer.

I continued after leaving and now have a doctorate in accounting. I also passed the CPA.

There is a tax benefit....other organizations offer a similar one. I have one through my employer...deferred compensation.

That is a gift you can give to yourself - you 401(k) pension program. It has the same tax benefits as a contribution but you end up with the cash.

they announced something concerning disfellowshipping that will "blow our minds."

Perhaps this is the "special announcement" that everyone is talking about. My guess is the mind blowing change will be that all announcements will be made at the end of the service meeting instead of the beginning.
