  I was an Inspector for awhile and I got into a heated argument with the elders as to what building I can and can't inspect. But it is ironic the sell of Kingdumb halls to other churches. Which I pointed out. They wanted me to inspect some of their Kingdumb and personal projects. Which I was never available for their bullshit.

  Alot of corner cutting and sometimes redoing work by unskilled workers. One thing I would say on those builds there was more chiefs and no Indians. One build I was on the "Brothers " where sitting around bullshitting and I came off a 10 hour shift to help their azz. I asked their help on something but they where too busy waiting for food and bullshitting. So, I packed my tools an went home. Never went to any builds after that.

  Our family was the center of gossip in the hall. It was rumored by many in our hall in the US that we had organized crime roots. And with an Italian last name and money, the imaginations of those one's in the hall went over the top. Kind of funny what people think and come up with.

  "Why would anyone build a house in this system of things?"

  recent posts about elders telling people to quit their jobs etc.

  reminded me of this.. when i was in my early twenties i decided that i really wanted to build a house (id always wanted to, even as a kid).

  i justified my "selfish" desire in my own mind by thinking that once we were living in it we'd have more freedom and skills to volunteer to do things like quickbuilds and international construction (actually, it really did work out that way).

  Why does the Org want you to donate your home to them? Your property? All about money and leaving you broke and dependant on the Org and their sorry azz "help". I cut out the middle man the org and started helping myself. Life is better, way better. Thinking about it lurkers.

  When I did field circus I had one partner I worked with all the time and only with. And yes, I made the mistake of having others ride in my car. Either I was going to fast, toke the corner to fast, broke to hard, always something. Even had someone ride them to do they errands. Don't give me a cent for gas. Cheapskate!

  Speaking of trucks- we have a small trucking business. You would be surprised on how many requests for free moves we get from JW'S. They walk away disappointed. We are not a charity.
