As Beth Sirem said it will follow you No matter how many congregations you move to. And the gossip will start and the I'll treatment. I have experienced it all
Reason # 2 Why I'm an Ex Jw.
i'm in the process of being reinstated ( my df'ing story is on here).
because i've never been in this position before, i don't know how i will be treated once i'm reinstated.
i moved to a new city/state and i don't know a single person here or in my new congregation i am attending.

putting this under "friends" because i couldn't figure out where to put it.
it is very often on here and in ex jw videos, ect that people like to undermine some of those who once we would have called friends.
there seems to be a view that window washers, plumbers, cleaners, construction workers are somehow less intelligent than those who may be college educated.
I have an education. But I Don't look down on those who have trade jobs. What bothers me is elders who are window washers, building contractors, etc, and you turn to them for just say mental health advice and they arrogantly tell you to pray more and do more for the Org. When really you should see someone with schooling and knowledge in this area. Honestly, would you see someone who clean windows for a living about your mental or personal health?
for a christian, only the moral commandments of the old testament are binding (as they cannot change), but the various liturgical, social, and other so-called casuistic laws no longer apply to them.
this includes dietary habits, such as the prohibition of pork or fat, as well as the prohibition of blood.. take a look at the following verses: mt 15:11, mk 7:15-19, acts 11:7-9, 1 tim 4:3-5.. the jehovah's witnesses say that, yes, but in the acts of the apostles (15) the consumption of blood, idol meat, and strangled animals is also prohibited, meaning the new testament still forbids it.
for catholics, the council of florence settled this issue, stating that this apostolic regulation was only a temporary measure to facilitate agreement between jews and gentiles in the early church.
It amazes me how bible thumbers like tell people how they should run things. Including one's own health and body. If they don't want to take blood/ fractions or whatever, then fine. But Don't impose your Bullshit Believe system on to me.

I have a relative that says milk has blood in it. Since she is a nurse, I think she is well schooled in what is in milk. Next time some Jw's makes a big deal offer them some milk and tell them what the building blocks of milk are. They would think twice about milk. Cheers! Enjoy!

first of all an apostate is literally just someone who left.
most jws are technically apostates from the religions they were raised in.
Would you support your abuser?
in this jw training video, an elder gets deleted because his daughter has "stumbled" other jw's by pursuing higher education.

You would think the Org would want Educated people around.....?then, when you look at the Org and the stuff they put out, only a dumb azz would believe in that. You see why education is hated by the Org. Only the Dumb need to apply, Don't think, just give us your time and money.
