TOTLY AGREE!! I said for years, imaging if you went to college to become "something" but the college you choose just never graduates people.
Now Cardiologists and Astrophysicists, are taught and graduate, and go off and do their things as professionals.
So what is SOO HARD about JW teachings that you can never be good enough to graduate?

yes, there will be only 3 wt each year, and 3 awakes.... and that they will do this for two years, then reprint those issues.... so yes, the "abundance of spiritual food" is limited to 12 more magazines..... surely, this is proof of the end coming so soon!?!

my freind (who is also out) and i were talking about this the other night.
i was a born-in, 3rd generation jw and she converted when she was in her late 20's.. when she left, she said that she knew the world wasn't as bad as she was told as a jw, so she knew she would be fine.
also, she still had lots of "worldly" family who welcomed her back with open arms.. it was harder for me - i had nobody in the "world", no family or freinds.
Born ins hands down. No question.
i have a bad feeling that the annual report in the form that we can analytically use, will no longer be available.
according the post agm letter, it said "this information will be published in the 'about us' section of jw.org" however when you go to that page, there are already a country by country listing of statistics.
the problem is that, the numbers displayed at the moment are not the whole story we used to get.
You KNOW whatever stats they publish from now on will be only those that make them look good.

since the advent of the trolleys do the majority of jws still go door to door like we used to?.
do they still have meetings for field service on sat mornings and sun afternoons where most head off to the local territory while one or two go to do trolley work or has the importance of door to door work reduced?.
with the reduction of printing wts and awakes what will they offer at the doors?.
