  Do you or did you experience too much intrusion into your personal life by the elders in your congregation?

  i ask this question because i have personally experienced first hand the control and intrusion into my personal life by the elders at our hall; and for virtually trivial things or non issues!

  what's more, i regularly hear of individuals moving to other halls because they were stumbled by the thought police....er, i mean these elders.. have you had any such experience?

  have your elders been a bit ott over trivialities?.

  When I was an MS, there were 2 elders who during their shepherding calls were asking couples if they were having oral or anal sex. You know cuz doG hates that. Where a mouth or penis goes is very important to him.

  Well, word got back to the P.O. who was a good guy, and shut that down quick.

  It seemed that one of the brothers was out trolling for potential sisters to screw, while the other one had other issues. The first elder wound up shacking up with a sister, got divorced, moved away, and sadly came to a bad end.

  what/which scripture was paul referring to?

  how is it possible to know with any certainty without being speculative or dogmatic?

  Unlike the teachings of the WTBTS.

  In existence for 100 years and they have NEVER EVER changed anything.

  See because Truth is always Truth. Like 1 + 1 = 2 it cant change.

  I now choose to worship Wonder Woman (the new one).

  She is a COOL god - with an amazing body!!

  i've been to the kingdom ministry school (for elders) recently and can report that it is mostly the usual mix of cliches and platitudes.

  several letters where basically just read through one line at a time.

  one point early on though almost made me laugh out loud.

  stuck - YES!! That was it.

  OMFG I was thinking to my self then.
  I guess I was 1/2 way out the door at the time.
  I always thought it was funny to have a war on Dots of Ink, or Pixels of light representing things GOD MADE and put in humans as a Biological Imperative.
