  Anyone struggle to find meaning in life?

  just wondering if this is a common thing for you guys and girls?

  when i left the jws it was hard to make a connection with people, much of the time i felt that whatever they wanted to talk about just didn't seem relevant/deep/meaningful.

  i find myself filtering my mind to get to a level with others (small talk mostly).

  when i left the jws it was hard to make a connection with people, much of the time i felt that whatever they wanted to talk about just didn't seem relevant/deep/meaningful.

  i find myself filtering my mind to get to a level with others (small talk mostly).

  Good JW - Thanks for your kind words.

  Heck even some form of "church" would be great where it's all about the community

  It really would be nice. I don't believe in god anymore, but I would welcome something like that.

  A few years ago on NPR there was a story about a church that was very much like that. The minister was a woman with a rough past, and just wanted to create a place anyone would feel welcomed at. She had a number of atheists who were part of the congregation.

  An Active JW Sister Modelling For Me

  since leaving the borg i jumped both feet first into classes i've always wanted to do but was never "allowed" to.

  two of which are life drawing and photography.

  i've been studying for almost two years now and have seen more nude men and women in our classes than i care to remember.. today in the photography studio i was working in with three others (two women, one man) we were told we had a new person modelling for us.

  I dont think I could see a pretty nude woman in front of me and not feel its sexual (to me).

  I dont think I will ever get tired of naked women.

  Yes, I am.

  Besides losing the hope to live forever, my life has been shaken up again (fall out from leaving).

  I don't even know who I am right now.
  I have no motivation for anything.
  If it wasn't for my Kids, I would have a hard time getting out of bed.

  George Lucas tinkering with Star Wars films

  just thought i'd start a thread about lucas revisiting star wars films and making new edits - for better or for worse.. first off, let me say that george lucas has a tremendous imagination and star wars (1977), also known as episode 4: a new hope, and the empire strikes back (1980) - episode 5 in the franchise - are two of my favourite films.

  .

  as progress has been made in special effects, including the development of cgi, it makes sense for lucas to go back and retouch the spaceships, laser blasts and light sabres, improving what was 70s and 80s effects.. but i feel that lucas' tinkering has been a mixed bag - some have been bad choices, some unnecessary and others have been good.. what do you think ... .

  What he did with the original 3 was MOSTLY BAD!!!!

  Interior of Cloud City was good, and the Falcon coming out of Mos Eilsley. The rest horrible. The Jabba and Han scene was silly. Dont get me on the Greedo shot first.

  By the way - if you were going to tinker, why not improve the Atari Like computers screens on the X-Wings and in the Falcons Gun Turrets!!!!!
